The Blocked Leader: How to Recognize and Reframe Limiting Patterns
Meeting link will be shared on Slack if you’re already a Pro member.

Inner and outer blocks—those internal beliefs and external influences—can unconsciously shape how we think, act, and lead. These barriers often limit our approach to challenges and opportunities.
Leaders who learn to recognize and address these blocks gain the power to shift their mindset, reframe situations, and take more intentional action.
This session will explore how these barriers show up and provide practical strategies to break through them for more empowered leadership.

The Art & Science of Focus with Caveday
Meeting link will be shared on Slack if you’re already a Pro member.

Participants will learn the concept of deep work and how to get more done in less time. We’ll begin by talking about “flow,” the science of productivity, and the art of finding focus… even working from home.
Then, we’ll actually do a work sprint where you’ll get more done in 20 minutes than you have in most entire morning! Finally, you’ll leave you with clear takeaways about being more focused and productive, especially working from home.
Bring a project to work on: that thing you’ve been putting off or that thing that needs to get done. Once you leave The Cave, you’ll never work the same way again.

Women ages 25-50 who need support when it comes to focusing including those diagnosed with ADHD.\ \ Speaker Information:
