When it comes to interviews, hiring managers usually have a checklist of what they're looking for in the ideal candidate--and it goes far beyond the interviewee's skill set. From body language to culture fit, there's a lot to keep top-of-mind.
During this webinar, I'll walk you through some key tips and best practices you need to know before, during, and after an interview.
Female employees are faced with a myriad of challenges due to gender bias in the workplace, which often hold them back from reaching higher leadership levels within their organizations. Negotiation is essential for getting what we want, need & deserve - in business or in life.
It helps us earn a salary that reflects the true value we’re delivering. But it’s also how we’ll bring in projects under-budget and on-time, land dream portfolios, and build strong relationships with clients, vendors and partners inside our organization. Stepping up and speaking out to make your ask can be intimidating, and avoiding the conversations all together is a tempting choice. But it's worth it. So let's get you negotiating.

Women in tech tend to undervalue their market worth, asking for less pay 66% of the time, and often ask for 6% less salary than their male counterparts.
It’s time we get comfortable with the uncomfortable -- our paychecks depend on it. Join us once a month as we practice the art of self-promotion. Be prepared to participate, this is a safe, supportive space for each of us to break down what makes us so uneasy with talking about, and promoting ourselves and our accomplishments.
