Redefining Done: Balancing Quality, Speed, and AI in Modern Software
In a world where AI is changing how we build, ship, and scale, what does “done” actually mean? This session explores how engineering leaders are redefining success—balancing speed with quality, experimentation with stability, and innovation with intention.
Breakouts (B)–1:15–2:00PM
The Least Technical Person in the Room and Still the Most Needed
Being the “non-technical” voice in technical spaces isn’t a weakness—it’s a superpower. This conversation dives into how cross-functional thinkers bring clarity, connection, and critical insight to engineering-driven teams—and why every room needs one.
Breakouts (A)–2:00–2:45PM
The Psychology of Money for Rising Leaders
As you rise in your career, is your relationship with money rising with you? In this candid, insightful session, Rebecca Pino, Financial Advisor and Founder of Money Her Way, dives into the psychology of money and how it shapes the choices we make. Through the lens of mindset, self-worth, and financial strategy, Rebecca will help you identify (and rewrite) the money stories holding you back, so you can build real confidence, take ownership of your financial future, and thrive both personally and professionally. This isn’t just about money, but it’s about stepping fully into your power.
Breakouts (B)–2:00–2:45PM
Loud and Clear: Rethinking Your Presence in the Workplace

Whether you’re leading a team or influencing from the IC seat, you’ll walk away with practical tools to build presence as a skill—not a personality trait—and reshape how you show up, speak up, and are heard at work.

In this session, Marilynn Joyner, CEO of Her Workplace, breaks down the most common networking missteps she sees (yes, even among high performers), and shares how to reframe connection-building in a way that feels more strategic, authentic, and energizing. Whether you're job-hunting, fundraising, or just expanding your circle, this conversation will help you network with more intention—and better results.

In this panel, women who’ve transitioned from scaling teams to backing founders will share how they’ve learned to trust their instincts, take smarter risks, and think long-term. Whether you're leading projects, people, or a company, this session will leave you with new tools to think like a strategist and bet on your own potential.
