What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital product design, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing design teams.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing design systems for scalable web and mobile platforms.
  • Deep expertise in UX/UI principles, interaction design, and a strong portfolio that demonstrates this knowledge.
  • Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a design team towards achieving excellence.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges and shifting project needs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of working cross-functionally and with senior management.
  • Passionate about building intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences.

Why Join Linktree

  • Be part of a rapidly growing company that's shaping the future of how people connect online.
