Role Purpose
The Kubrick Advanced Engagement Success Manager will support and accelerate the growth of Kubrick Advanced as a dedicated commercial role within the team, providing engagement leadership and delivery assurance to our consultancy engagements. Alongside the commercial oversight of engagements, the Engagement Success Manager will also take a leading role in evolving the Kubrick Advanced commercial proposition, integrating it within the wider Kubrick go to market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Kubrick Advanced engagements, ensuring commercial and delivery success.
- Lead on scoping potential KA engagements, ensuring alignment to KA services and capabilities
- Managing the opportunities pipeline, working with the KA Resource Planning Manager to prioritise and plan engagements
- Play a leading role in defining the evolving Kubrick Advanced proposition, in line with Kubrick’s product led go to market approach.
- Evolving KA’s GTM proposition
- Defining repeatable services
- Thought leadership and developing collateral to support our proposition (e.g. engagement case studies)
- Support and cohere the work of the KA technical pre-sales capability (KA Tech Delivery Leads)
- Support Kubrick’s client account management team by overseeing KA’s commercial involvement in engagements:
- Developing proposals
- Informing development of SOWs
- Providing engagement oversight
- Identifying business development opportunities through integration with our clients and understanding their evolving data and technology requirements via engagement delivery
Key Competencies & Experience
- Technology consulting experience
- Translating business requirements into high level technical solutions
- Commercial experience: business development, account management, or technical pre-sales
- Technical project management
- Project assurance
- Risk management and issue resolution within technical projects
- Strong stakeholder skills – able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
