Job Description

The HR Manager will be an essential contributor in our rapidly growing and fast-paced Data Center Operations team, which has a presence across the United States. The successful candidate will partner with the team to recruit top talent and create career pathing opportunities for our employees. This role also encompasses handling special projects as needed to support the department and company's growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Data Center Operations leadership to identify hiring needs.
  • Oversee high-volume, full-cycle recruitment, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent.
  • Devise impactful sourcing strategies, including developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with local vocational schools and colleges
  • Collaborate with finance and operations to align workforce planning with budgetary requirements.
  • Identify and address training needs within the department.
  • Drive training initiatives that support both current job roles and future career growth.
  • Be the primary HR liaison for Data Center Operations leadership and team members
  • Equip managers with tools and knowledge to handle and resolve employee relations concerns.
  • Employ data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decisions.
  • Lead and assist in special HR projects that align with company objectives and growth.
  • Ensure company-wide adherence to HR legal compliances and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to drive company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
  • Prior experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse and Rippling HRIS systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of data center operations or similar technical industries is a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $95,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $130,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
