You have worked in a high growth environment, and have experience developing as well as implementing recruiting strategies that will help Justworks attract the best talent. You have direct experience recruiting for and supporting Go-To-Market departments, specifically Sales and Customer Success. You have a pulse on the talent market within the Sales and Customer Success space and are keen to continue recruiting talent, while advising others on best practices. 

You understand the value of reporting on recruiting data/metrics and embrace this practice. You are committed to providing a best-in-class candidate experience by supporting a world-class in-house recruiting team to help our business attract the best and most diverse talent in the market. 

This leadership position is responsible for supporting a best-in-class recruiting strategy that will enable Justworks to attract and hire top talent who represent our mission and core values in their interactions with teammates, prospects, customers, and partners. You are responsible for all recruiting day to day duties, including partnering with the recruiting leadership, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders, scaling, and managing your team. You will be part of our larger recruiting team, where you will collaborate and partner closely to help build a best-in-class talent acquisition organization.

What You Will Work On

  • Attract, hire, grow, develop, retain and refine your team to help us become one of the top talent attraction teams in NYC
  • Lead your team to ensure a best-in-class candidate and recruiting experience by implementing a robust recruiting strategy with a DEIB lens
  • Partner in executing Justworks’ hiring plan in a creative, cost-effective way that delivers top talent to the company
  • Thought partner with leaders of the business to best support their hiring goals and strategy for Sales and Customer Success
  • Collaborate with the greater recruiting and people team, and key cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partner with Recruiting Operations to optimize/recommend workflow changes etc to our recruiting platforms, our applicant tracking system (ATS) provider, and other vendors/partners
  • Optimize internal processes for operational efficiency
  • Embrace a robust reporting and KPI tracking culture with your team and report key recruiting funnel metrics and KPI’s regularly
  • Represent our core values in every candidate and employee interaction
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in corporate recruiting, including in a fast-paced tech focussed environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience
  • Proven track record of building programs and processes related to Go-To-Market departments
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, project-manage, and be able to build confidence and trust in leading the recruitment operations goals and objectives
  • Must have demonstrable experience with diversity & inclusion recruiting best practices
  • A tendency toward action and getting things done
  • Interest in presenting recruiting initiatives and wins to the organization
  • Ability to develop long-term solutions versus short-term quick fixes
  • Model for compassion, integrity, and professionalism when interacting with others

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $122,000 to $134,200.
