Job Description
ebbo is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join the IT Operations Team. The Salesforce Administrator will build, support and maintain ebbo’s Salesforce instance for B2B marketing, lead generation, business development, pricing and accounting. You will be the point-person for all things related to the Salesforce Organization. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in office and 3 days remote.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Salesforce Administrator:
- Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.
- Oversee upgrades and other system maintenance.
- Support business requests for process flow improvements.
- Integrate with third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues.
- Built reports for the business processes.
- Manage end-to-end, complete life-cycle Salesforce instance.
- Gather requirements and proposing technical solutions.
- Train users on how to use the system.
Skills and Experience of the Salesforce Administrator:
- 5+ years’ experience managing a Salesforce instance that supports 50+ users.
- 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce CPQ .
- Experience with data objects, Lightning Pages, Flows, Apex code, reports.

Salary Range: $100,000- $102,500
