Job Description
The Senior Product Manager - Central Distribution role will report to the Director of Product Management and leads ideation and execution for a critical product area of the Omnicell platform. This unique opportunity is a combination of healthcare, and pharmacy automation. This is a remote U.S. based role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine prioritized product needs based on insights from market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, business needs and collaboration with subject matter experts
- Collaborate with your product peers to prioritize problems to solve, make trade-off decisions, and ultimately translate your priorities into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Own the successful delivery of your roadmap and co-own the success of the overall products
- Effectively identify and manage cross-team dependencies
- Build effective relationships that matter with engineering, design, QA and a variety of cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop communications material, value propositions, and high-level strategic justification to help explain the why of your product both internally and externally
- Develop relationships with customers and prospects, gather and understand customer feedback on existing products and products in development and conduct effective interviews to better understand the context, pressures, complete understanding of the problems they need to solve to deliver the right solution
- Communicate the vision of the product, value proposition and release goals to the cross-functional team as part of the release planning process

- Uses advanced analytics to guide product decisions

- Ability to lead agile teams effectively
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years product management experience. Experience must include hands-on experience driving the full product development life cycle.
- 2+ years’ experience with connected devices and/or integrated technology products (mix of software and hardware)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
- Product management experience within the Healthcare industry (Ex. medical device or healthcare technology)
- 2+ years of experience with Warehouse/Industrial Automation System Integrators
Work Conditions
- This position requires up to 25% US based travel
- This position is 100% remote enabled from any US location
