What You'll Do:

​

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality casino games
• Architect and build software solutions that meet our stringent quality standards
• Implement game features and systems using C++ in a Linux environment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with artists, designers, and testers to ensure a flawless product
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards
• Optimize game performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle
• Drive innovation and stay updated with the latest industry trends
• Ensure detailed documentation of software composition and code
• Coordinate with QA to strictly manage and resolve defects
• Successfully implement build automation using tools like Bamboo
• Use JIRA for efficient tracking of project progress and bug resolution

What We're Looking For:

​

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in software development
• Proven expertise in C++ (11/14) programming
• Strong understanding of object-oriented development, algorithms, and data structures
• Extensive experience in SVN, Perforce, Coverity, and other code analysis and review tools
• Proven track record in the full software/project life cycle
• Experience with build automation tools such as Bamboo
• Proficiency in JIRA or similar defect tracking systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
