Job Description
Role overview
As the System Administrator II, you will oversee the daily monitoring, management, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues for all CG corporate enterprise software platforms. Your role will involve implementing new systems to address the needs of a growing global organization. A solid understanding of SOX standards and requirements is essential. You will collaborate closely with corporate system owners across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Engineering. Additionally, you will manage the entire lifecycle of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions and will be responsible for documenting, designing, and training users on newly implemented systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer IT services applications daily, including Identity management platforms, Collaboration suites, VoIP, Password Management, and Endpoint Management platforms
- Lead projects for new software and application implementations, changes, and enhancements in the Single Sign-On (SSO) environment
- Utilize scripting skills to support the development of an automated provisioning environment for all CG systems and business applications
- Document all projects using internal project management tools
- Provide support for macOS and Windows in an enterprise setting
- Participate in & facilitate workshops/deep dives with large stakeholder groups across many business units to gather information.
- Analyze and document the end-to-end flow of current state processes and technical implementations
- Developing and communicating IT policies and role-based access controls
- Familiarity with supporting a corporate network environment and telephone systems
- Participate in solution design, documentation, and delivery efforts
- Supports a detailed functional design document to match business requirements
- Participate and lead, when needed, project meetings with the partners
- Act as a critical contributor in the design of customized solutions and implement the solution
- Build, communicate, and complete the deployment plan
- Configure, coordinate and develop within Vendor frameworks using various development languages and toolsets
- Create and maintain system-related documentation, such as business requirements, process flows, data maps, configuration worksheets, etc.
- Mentor junior team members
Who You Are
- Proven ability to plan and document project work through ticketing systems.
- Over 3 years of experience in administering enterprise applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled at managing a range of complex tasks and responsibilities.
- Experienced in supporting both macOS and Windows in a corporate environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and time management capabilities.
- Active listener
- Business value-oriented
- Adept at creating clear and concise documentation and knowledge-based articles.
- Experience working in a SOX-compliant environment.
