CoreWeave is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist. We are growing and looking for an experienced, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You'll work closely with our hiring leaders across our teams within Data Center Operations to help us accomplish our ambitious hiring goals. Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, balancing and prioritizing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Develop strategies to fill active and passive pipelines by sourcing candidates across diverse talent pools
- Expertly manage multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews and navigate internal calendars
- Be a strategic partner to hiring managers and teams to fully understand their needs with the ability to know what's needed versus what's wanted
- Engage and cultivate a connection with the tech community through meetups, online networks, and other outlets
- Utilize key metrics to detect insights and adjust our recruiting strategy accordingly to optimize your impact
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from first contact through to start date
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth start-up, helping to scale teams
- Experience hiring various roles in Data Center Operations, including, but not limited to, Data Center Technicians, Regional Data Center Managers, Physical Security, and Construction Management.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience working with Workable or Greenhouse is preferred
- Strong self-management, drive, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to lean in and support several Human Resources initiatives
- Ability to learn quickly and seamlessly pivot as projects and hiring plans change
- An expert in the entire Google Suite and Slack
- Familiar with a high volume of scheduling with Greenhouse, Google Meet, and Zoom
- Global recruitment experience is a plus
The hourly pay for this position ranges from $50 to $60. Pay is based on several factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Please note that as a contractor, the benefits shared below do not apply.
