What you’ll achieve
In this role as a Workday Integration Consultant, you will support and maintain the organization’s HRIS applications and modules.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Should have excellent and proven Workday technical skills like Web services/ APIs
- Should have extensive working experience on Calculated fields in integrations, data migrations
- Should have excellent hands on experience on various Workday Integration technologies like (Studio, EIB, Core connectors, PECI/PICOF), minimum 2-3 years exclusive workday experience is required
- Should have functional knowledge on at least 2 Workday modules (Core HCM/Payroll interface/Comp&Ben/Recruitment etc)
- Should have hands on experience of working with Workday Business objects/ Data sources
- Should have experience in creating Workday Reports / Dashboard
- Primary skills: Oracle Human Capital Management->Workday Human Capital Management (Workday/ Workday HCM),Workday
- Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday HCM project support for a variety of customer contracts including ad-hoc support, and implementation.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
- Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems.
- Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for post-production customers.
Essential Requirements
- Overall 10+ years of Experience and 7+ years’ experience with Workday
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
- Must have active Workday Certification.
- Practical experience gained on Workday implementation projects is an advantage.
- Strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
- Strong analytical mindset and usage of analytics and reporting tools.
- Previous experience with other ERP Financials and/or Procurement technology (Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft) is an advantage.
- Understanding of HCM functional modules – Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Absence, Performance etc. will be preferred.
- Understanding of Workday application development methodologies, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
