About Us
Get to Know Tech Ladies
Tech Ladies is a worldwide community for women in tech with more than 100,000 members.
We provide resources and support for women in tech to learn, network, and grow their careers, including access to an exclusive job board, events, and networking opportunities. Our private community, member-only events, and Leadership Accelerator program were all designed to create a safe and fun community for our members.
We also offer full-featured, boutique Hiring Services that include our Job Board and Talent Network for organizations looking to hire.
We’ve been featured in Teen Vogue, Fox Business Network, Forbes, Fortune, Bustle, Mic, CNBC, Observer, Hearst, and more.
See our report for the United Nations about the gender digital divide. Tech Ladies is also a proud member of the UN’s Equal Pay International Coalition.
Our Story
Where We Come from Drives Where We Go
Founded by Allison Esposito Medina in 2015, Tech Ladies started as a small coffee meetup where women currently working or hoping to work in tech could network and share ideas and challenges.
The response was so overwhelming that Allison knew this community needed to grow, so she left her job at Google the following year to run Tech Ladies full time. We launched our hiring services in 2017 to connect our members with companies that care about diversity and inclusion.
Today, the community has grown to a membership of over 100,000 women in engineering, product management, marketing, design, and more — and our partner companies have hired hundreds of Tech Ladies through our community.
Since our inception, we’ve connected thousands of women in tech with life-changing opportunities across the world. We continue to evolve and iterate on our services to respond to changes in the industry and help women get the most out of their membership.
Our MISSION
Promoting Diversity and Inclusion in Tech
Tech Ladies is driven by the mission to help women in tech find support, grow professionally, and stay in the tech space throughout their careers.
So much of our time is spent at work. It’s important that we find a company and role we love — and that we feel supported and valued in our work every day. It all starts with providing the encouragement and tools we need to be successful, and then connecting them with amazing opportunities at top companies.
We strive to help people from other marginalized genders and sexes in tech. That means trans women, trans men, nonbinary folks, and allies are all welcome to join us!
Beyond supporting our members, we partner with organizations that prioritize diversity and inclusion in their hiring practices, matching them with women candidates with the skills and experience that fit their open tech positions.
