The Opportunity
We are seeking an Executive Assistant skilled at supporting senior executives, organization leaders, board members, and various other high-profile partners. The ideal candidate will be based in our San Francisco headquarters and is highly organized, resourceful, instinctual, and proactive. The Executive Assistant will demonstrate high engagement in every interaction, is tech-savvy, and possesses professional maturity, excellent discretion, and interpersonal and writing skills.

Salary: $76,000–$88,000

What You'll Do
We are a nimble team that supports members of the Executive Leadership team in facilitating meetings with various stakeholders to further the goals of the organization in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will have access to key players—both internal and external—and be in the heart of the conversation at the intersection of kids, tech, AI, education, politics and government, media, and business.
In addition, this person will:
- Assist the Chief of Staff in supporting the Founder/CEO, Co-CEO, Head of AI, as well as a few other members of the Executive Leadership team.
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion and sound judgment.
- Organize and manage complex and continuously varying daily calendars and priorities, including vetting and triaging executive priorities and requests.
- Prepare polished meeting briefing materials.
- Draft correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Assist with both onsite and remote meeting logistics, conference calls, meal reservations, and lunch orders.
- Take notes or minutes in meetings as required.
- Work on ad hoc projects and events, such as speaking engagements, media appearances, and collaborations with other organizations and entities.
- Provide support for board meetings and other key organizational activities, including preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
- Support executives with various other administrative activities, including but not limited to processing expense reports, managing travel, reconciling corporate card transactions, etc.
What We're Looking For
- Driven individual with a minimum of two years' experience supporting C-suite or senior executives, or a combination of relevant executive-level administrative experience.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Professional maturity and sound independent judgment when representing executives.
- Outstanding ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Incredible organizational skills; must be detail-oriented.
- Desire to be known as a problem solver within the organization by leveraging your creativity and resourcefulness.
- Experience and familiarity with proficiently using Google Workspace suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar).
- Demonstrated interest in and pursuit of leveraging AI tools to more efficiently execute tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
