About the Role

We’re hiring a Head of Field Marketing to lead our field marketing strategy and execution across key markets, starting with the Bay Area. This is a senior role responsible for building and scaling a high-impact field marketing function aligned to enterprise growth, regional pipeline acceleration, and strategic account engagement.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen to drive programs that influence revenue, deepen relationships with top accounts, and increase our presence across core segments. The ideal candidate is a builder who thrives on cross-functional alignment, customer-centric execution, and tight integration with GTM teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own and scale our regional field marketing strategy across North America, beginning with the Bay Area.
  • Design and lead field programs that accelerate pipeline—from high-touch executive events to account-specific campaigns and partner activations.
  • Partner with Sales and SDR leadership to align on target accounts, coverage gaps, and territory-specific GTM needs.
  • Manage a team and agency/vendor partners to deliver flawless execution across programs.
  • Track and report on program performance, including sourced/influenced pipeline, account engagement, and event ROI.
  • Represent marketing in regional revenue conversations—acting as a strategic counterpart to RVPs and field leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize messaging, offers, and experiences that resonate with C-level buyers.
  • Own third-party sponsorship strategy for key events and conferences in strategic markets.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B marketing with deep expertise in enterprise field marketing.
  • Experience supporting high-velocity and strategic sales motions across multiple segments.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills; proven ability to influence sales, product, and exec stakeholders.
  • A builder mindset—you know how to architect programs, hire vendors, and iterate based on field feedback.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Based in the Bay Area, with flexibility to attend key customer events and lead onsite execution as needed.

Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is $151,200 - $189,000. In addition to your base salary, Metronome offers a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to, market-benched equity, sales incentive pay (for eligible roles), comprehensive health benefits, and other benefits listed below.

The actual base salary will vary based on factors including market value, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process, and previous experience. The listed range above should serve as a guideline and may be modified at any time.

We also conduct an annual pay audit to ensure pay is fair, indexed to market value, and that pay takes into account continued performance at Metronome. As a Group financial accountant within the Group Technical Accounting Team, the role has the responsibility to assist Aristocrat achieve its short-term business and long-term strategic objectives by providing excellent financial advice and technical accounting support and guidance to the Group (including offshore locations), upholding the financial integrity and profitability of the company.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Accounting Manager to join our team at CarOffer. Reporting to the Senior Director of Accounting, this role is a key contributor within the accounting organization and will collaborate closely with teams across the business, particularly FP&A and operational stakeholders.

  • Process HR transactions in Workday, including but not limited to new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and salary changes.

  • Maintain data integrity within the HRIS system, ensuring all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to support HR initiatives and projects.

  • Assist employees with Workday-related queries and provide guidance on HR processes and policies.

  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and process improvements.

  • Stay current with Workday updates and best practices, participating in relevant training and development opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business or related field or equivalent work experience

  • 2-4 years prior experience working in a P&C or HR contact center/Shared Service or operations environment supporting inquiries and transactions across multiple HR or P&C functions such as benefits, employee data maintenance, recruiting.

  • 2-4 years of Workday HCM, EIB mass load experience and reporting experience

  • A genuine interest in working within a HR or People & Culture operations team

  • A passion for excellent customer service, adaptable & flexible

  • Excellent verbal and written communications in English

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively and efficiently, delivering high-quality work in a fast paced, changing work environment

  • Ability to comply with handling sensitive and confidential employee data

  • Works under general direction; must be able to work independently

  • Ability to utilize knowledge guide materials in performing research and answering inquiries

The Global Learning Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of all global leadership development programs across the organization. In addition to managing core programs, the role will support learning initiatives, including designing training content, facilitating sessions (live, hybrid and online), and conducting learning needs analyses in partnership with our Talent and Learning leads, People and Culture Business Partners (P&C BPs), and business stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in shaping a strong leadership pipeline by driving high-impact learning experiences that align with enterprise strategy and the evolving needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership Program Management

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide leadership development programs, including cohort rosters, scheduling, communications, etc. Coordinate and track participant engagement, attendance, assessments, and feedback surveys.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to localize program logistics while maintaining global consistency and standards.
  • Analyze program feedback and business impact data to continuously improve learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
  • Ensure seamless delivery by anticipating risks, solving problems proactively, and driving operational excellence throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Use data to inform decisions, monitor outcomes, and report on learning KPIs to demonstrate value and impact.

Learning Design & Facilitation

  • Design and produce engaging training experiences using strong visual and instructional design principles.
  • Apply accessibility standards and leverage technology tools to enhance usability, interactivity, and overall learner experience.
  • Facilitate impactful live and online sessions.
  • Curate and recommend relevant content, tools, and resources based on learner needs and best practices.

Learning Needs Analysis

  • Partner with regional stakeholders to conduct ongoing needs assessments that identify skills gaps and development opportunities.
  • Translate insights into scalable learning solutions or targeted interventions that meet business objectives.

Collaboration & Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, to support capability development and talent strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other Learning team members and global CoE members to ensure consistency, alignment, and knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related field, ideally in a global organization.
  • Strong experience managing learning programs from design through execution, particularly in leadership development.
  • Skilled in instructional design, facilitation (virtual and in-person), and adult learning principles.
  • Familiarity with learning measurement frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model, Learning-Transfer Evaluation Model).
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures, including flexible work hours.
  • Proven ability to partner with diverse stakeholders and influence without authority.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Workday Learning, Microsoft SharePoint, Articulate, or other enterprise learning platforms and applications.
