About the Role
We are seeking Full Stack Developers to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that generate and analyze code. This remote contract position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI technology. Developers will be responsible for solving coding problems, writing high-quality code snippets, and assessing AI-generated solutions for correctness and efficiency.
Candidates must be proficient in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) and should be comfortable explaining their problem-solving approach. The role involves reviewing AI-generated code, writing alternative solutions, and ensuring high-quality responses.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review diverse coding problems and solutions to enhance chatbot training.
- Write clear, high-quality code snippets and explanations.
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve AI performance.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English with excellent writing and grammar skills.
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in coding challenges (LeetCode, HackerRank, etc.).
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science or a related field.
