Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager / Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the successful planning and execution of digital projects. In this role, you will be a strategic thinker and a problem-solver, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges. You will guide the development of innovative applications and updates to existing systems, ensuring projects are completed on scope, budget, and time.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping to shape and plan digital projects
  • Collaborate with clients' leadership teams to design new processes and tools to address business challenges
  • Lead the conceptualization and development of new applications and updates to existing systems
  • Oversee the full life cycle of development projects, ensuring they remain on scope, budget, and time
  • Work with cross-functional teams of developers and analysts to produce essential applications for clients and their customers
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and manage project scoping, estimation, and QA testing
  • Partner with technical architects to contribute to technical decisions and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in the design and delivery of complex software products, with B2B in a product manager, product owner, or business analyst role
  • An inquisitive, rationally opinionated nature with a focus on problem-solving
  • Excellent client-facing skills, comfortable working with senior executives
  • Ability to operate autonomously, holding yourself and your team accountable
  • Strong skills in writing user stories, scoping, estimation, drafting statements of work, ensuring that requirements are met and helping orchestrate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Strong critical thinking skills and a comfort with challenging the status quo
  • Experience with Agile frameworks and methodologies
  • An outcome-focused mindset with a natural inclination for process design and improvement.
