One of our companies is currently looking for a Product Manager, Product Platform in the United States.
This is a high-impact role focused on empowering engineering teams with the tools and systems they need to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing products. As a Product Manager for the internal developer platform (IDP), you will partner with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to drive platform innovation and efficiency. You'll be responsible for defining and executing a roadmap that supports internal tools, streamlines development workflows, and anticipates future technical bottlenecks. This role is ideal for a technically-minded product leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to build foundational systems that power company-wide success.
Accountabilities:
- Drive the strategy and execution of the internal developer platform (IDP), partnering closely with engineering teams
- Identify bottlenecks and performance gaps in developer workflows and design platform improvements
- Work across teams including SRE, infrastructure, security, and developer experience to build and launch shared services and tooling
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term platform scalability
- Analyze data to evaluate system performance and guide product decisions
- Communicate technical concepts clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ensure platform initiatives align with broader business goals and enable engineering velocity
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical product management, engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on technical understanding; comfortable reviewing code, systems, and architecture documents
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and stakeholder management experience
- Proven ability to define and manage complex product roadmaps
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with legal, compliance, and security teams on platform-related initiatives
- Self-starter mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving
