Job Description
As a Product Manager on the Turnitin Feedback Studio (TFS) team, you will be responsible for delivering on opportunities to broaden and strengthen Turnitin’s value within our customers’ existing teaching and learning environments. This position requires both a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the development of assignment workflows that support our product initiatives and integrate seamlessly with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
As Product Manager, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including UX, engineering, customers, sales, marketing, and support to ensure successful delivery of product features that align with our business goals and meet our customers' needs.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of educational technology, user needs in academic settings, and proven ability to drive product development from concept to launch. We are looking for a talented communicator, who can translate customer needs and workflows into technical requirements and detailed backlogs for delivery. As a remote employee, the position requires exceptional team collaboration, self-motivation and ability to forge new relationships via synchronous and asynchronous technology.

- ork closely with key stakeholders to inform/develop/maintain the product strategy and roadmap for new capabilities in the Turnitin product portfolio P
- roactively collaborate with engineering and UX to identify and manage requirements, build core capabilities, and efficiently solve for unique capabilitiesS
- upport engineering with clear, detailed requirements for product features and enhancementsD
- efine, manage and report on roadmap status for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needsA
- nalyze user feedback, data, and market trends to refine and improve product offeringsE
- nsure compliance with accessibility standards, data privacy regulations, and interoperability requirementsW
- ork across teams to support releases, ensuring accurate market messaging, streamlined onboarding and informed, responsive support
Qualifications
Essential:

- -5 years of Product Management or equivalent experienceB
- achelor's degree or equivalent experienceE
- xtensive experience with Agile software development methodologies with direct experience creating and managing product backlogsA
- ble to partner with engineering to scope, plan, prioritize and ensure efficient delivery of product featuresE
- xperience working directly with customers to gather feedback, validate requirements and ensure post-release product satisfactionE
- xperience working with sales, marketing, customer success and executives to align product delivery with business strategyS
- trong analytical skills with experience using metrics to drive product decisions and measure product performance E
- xperience working with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment

Additional Information
The expected annual base salary range for the Senior Product Manager position is: $111,000/year to $185,000/year. The expected annual base salary range for the Product Manager position is: $83,000/year to $139,000/year.
This position is bonus eligible / commission-based.
As a Remote-First company, actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if extended, and is determined by work location and a range of other relevant factors, including but not limited to: experience, skills, degrees, licensures, certifications, and other job-related factors. Internal equity, market and organizational factors are also considered.
