Insight Global is looking for a UX Designer for one of our clients. As a UX Designer in the e-commerce space, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences for the customers online store. Your role will involve understanding user needs, designing user interfaces, and optimizing the overall user journey to enhance customer satisfaction and drive conversions. More duties below.
- Improve customers management experiences for customers.
- Build Onboarding Process and Experience to ensure Customers feel confident.
- Ability to present work to team and cross functional groups
- Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals and user needs. Ensure designs are responsive and optimized
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is effectively implemented.

Skills And Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. null
