What You Will Do:
- You will perform Salesforce development that includes (but not limited to): Flows, Lightning Web Components, Workflow, field page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
- A working knowledge of APEX code is highly preferred
- You will assist in continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform by gathering requirements and designing the best practice solutions
- You will design and develop features reporting directly to Salesforce Leads
- Our core work hours are 5:30am - 1pm IST with the option to start earlier or work later depending on your time zone.
- You may be asked to travel once a quarter to an office.
Year of Exp : 5+
Professional Skills:
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration elements like flows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects.
- 5 or more years of experience in Salesforce with a basic understanding of Salesforce platform components like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL/SOSL
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills are crucial
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Highly effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Attention to details; Be responsible and accountable to the work assigned
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively at all levels of the business.
- Experience working with multiple development teams.
- Experience working on a project using the Scaled Agile Framework.
Education: Bachelor s degree (preferably in computer science or related field) or equivalent years of additional experience
Certifications:
Salesforce Certification Platform Developer OR Salesforce Administrator
