Job Description
What You Can Expect
We are seeking a customer-focused Senior Product Designer to lead AI agent design, own key areas, mentor designers, and create scalable, innovative solutions. This role suits a bold, systems-minded designer passionate about refined, intuitive AI tools. You’ll collaborate across teams to set design quality standards and shape the future of AI agents.
About The Team
Our Agentic AI team creates intelligent AI that handles complex workflows, makes decisions, and solves problems with human-like reasoning, surpassing traditional chatbots to improve efficiency. You'll join a passionate, collaborative design team working with product, engineering, research, and accessibility to shape core experiences and design agentic AI tools at scale.
Responsibilities
- Leading high-impact, mission-critical projects that define the future of Zoom Agentic AI, owning the design strategy and end-to-end execution with a focused emphasis on refined, production-ready visuals.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (PM, engineering, research, and accessibility) to align on product direction, deliver impactful work, and champion design excellence across all surfaces.
- Playing a key role in delivering high-quality design, collaborating with leadership to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the broader vision across projects.
- Setting and uphold a high bar for visual and interaction design quality, demonstrating a passion for polished UI and strong instincts for layout, spacing, motion, and micro-interactions.
- Leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions, evaluate success, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Owning design execution confidently in Figma, delivering pixel-perfect visuals, robust prototypes, and clear specifications for engineering partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Have a Bachelor’s or equivalent experience with 6+ yrs in product design and a robust portfolio showcasing exceptional user-centered interaction design.
- Have experience managing complex projects involving cross-functional and cross-team stakeholder groups, spanning different timezones.
- Have a deep understanding and handling of visual design with a passion for polish and an expert eye for detail.
- Have exposure to Prompting, vibe coding, Figma (and other relevant tools) for both design and prototyping.
- Be a skilled systems thinker with the ability to contribute back to our design systems library.
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate positions to influence and engage partners with new design thinking.
- Have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking practices.

$124 000,00
Maximum
$271 200,00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
