What Will I be Doing?

The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of groundbreaking products and initiatives, focusing on new products and business models. This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic thinker, skilled collaborator, and customer-focused innovator who can translate HGV’s vision into compelling, market-leading products

You are responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  •  Craft and communicate a rolling 12-month product roadmap aligned with company strategy.
  •  Leverage user feedback and market insights to prioritize and refine product features, ensuring a balance between user needs and business goals.
  •  Drive end-to-end product delivery, maintaining a high bar for quality and balancing speed, scalability, and sustainability.
  •  Connect product outcomes to key business metrics, using data to evaluate opportunities and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
  •  Anticipate and address stakeholder feedback, build consensus, and effectively escalate when necessary.
  •  Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create innovative solutions that balance technical feasibility, design excellence, and resource constraints.

  •  Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
  •  Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
  •  Performs other related duties as assigned.

What Are We Looking For

To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  •  6+ years of product management experience, with a focus on new product development or innovation.
  •  Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in complex, customer-centric industries.
  •  Strong understanding of product management frameworks, including Double Diamond, Lean Startup, and Agile methodologies.
  •  Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, design, and data.
  •  Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  •  Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

In addition, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience are preferred:

  •  Experience in the travel, hospitality, or timeshare industries.
  •  Knowledge of AI-driven personalization, lead management, and customer experience platforms.
