SPANX founder Sara Blakely was getting ready for a party when she realized she didn’t have the right undergarment to provide a smooth look under white pants. Armed with scissors and sheer genius, she cut the feet off her control top pantyhose and the SPANX revolution began! With a focus on solving wardrobe woes, the SPANX brand has grown to offer bras, underwear, leggings, active and more. SPANX has secured its place in women's hearts and in pop-culture with daily mentions everywhere from CNN to SNL.

In March of 2012, Founder Sara was named the world's youngest, self-made female billionaire by Forbes Magazine and one of TIME's 100 Most Influential People. Headquartered in Atlanta, GA and opening retail shops across the United States, SPANX can now be found worldwide in more than 50 countries. In addition to keeping butts covered from Savannah to Singapore, SPANX also shapes the world by focusing on our mission: To help women feel great about themselves and their potential.

Job Description

Company Description

Overview

SPANX isn’t your average company. We revolutionized an industry by challenging the status quo and putting the customer first. You might know the story: our founder, Sara Blakely, who needed the right thing as a base layer to feel 100% in white pants, so she cut the legs off a pair of tights and Spanx was born. The spark of that origin is the fuel for our future. We grew up in shapewear. But we’ve graduated. For 25 years (yep, we're old enough to rent a car now), we've been experimenting, innovating, and occasionally banging our heads against the drawing board. And we will never stop obsessing about what women who are out there doing their thing deserve. Because we are those women. And we’re honored to create on behalf of us all.

We make elevated essentials with confidence built in. Essentials for layering underneath or wearing out loud, for “just-between-us” and “where'd you get that?” For everything you've got planned (and don't). Because what you put on can change how you show up. And if its' not working for you, it's got no place in your closet. Or on your body. Creating items that’ll make you feel great is a matter of the heart—and the lab. In every Spanx product is technology we design and build to highlight, complement, and form your look, just the way you like it. SPANX design and technology help make sure what you see in the mirror reflects that feeling of feeling your best (you know the feeling?). We are a high-growth, innovative and ambitious company and we are embarking on an exciting trajectory of both digital and international expansion.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Post-Purchase & Platform Enablement to own and elevate the Spanx experience after checkout—while also supporting the underlying tools, systems, and integrations that power it. This is a strategic and highly cross-functional role spanning customer-facing journeys and platform infrastructure. You’ll shape critical touchpoints like returns, order tracking, and transactional communications while also building tools and integrations for logistics, fraud prevention, and customer support.

This role requires a balance of empathy and technical fluency—you’ll need to move confidently in ambiguous environments, make decisions with incomplete data, and drive alignment across stakeholders with varying priorities. If you're energized by building scalable systems that make a meaningful difference for both customers and internal teams, this role is for you.

  • Own logistics and fraud tooling integrations, collaborating with operations and engineering to improve reliability, visibility, and security.
  • Drive platform enablement work, including reusable tools, backend services, and custom logic using Azure and Shopify Functions.
  • Design and evolve internal tooling for the CX team, helping them better serve customers with speed and context.
  • Prioritize a roadmap that balances immediate business needs with long-term scalability and user experience improvements.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and customer experience teams to launch high-impact solutions.
  • Set success metrics, test hypotheses, and iterate quickly based on insights and feedback.
