Job Description

Trio Workforce Solutions

Trio Workforce Solutions is a software company based in Edmond, Oklahoma, offering two SaaS products that serve distinct segments of the healthcare staffing industry. We are the only company with products in both key segments, and our solutions are disrupting the industry through unprecedented end-to-end integration and a seamless user experience.

Our cloud-first applications are built using modern technologies and are trusted by some of the nation’s largest healthcare systems. Trio Workforce Solutions is profitable, self-sufficient, and in a strong growth phase—with plans to launch additional products within the next 12–24 months.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and grow a team of 3 frontend and full-stack engineers focused on the Trio product
  • Write, review, and ship code alongside your team—this is a hands-on leadership role
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver value-driven features
  • Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and informal scrum leadership
  • Drive the adoption of engineering best practices around performance, maintainability, scalability, and security
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and regular performance reviews
  • Guide professional development through coaching, mentorship, and career path planning
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, ownership, transparency, and technical excellence

Experience/Skills:

  • 7+ years of professional software development experience, ideally with full-stack or backend focus
  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS and Agile development environment
  • 2+ years of leadership experience—either directly managing people or as a senior engineer who has led projects and mentored others
  • Strong technical skills in C#, .NET, .NET Framework, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, Agile methodologies, and modern development practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for helping engineers grow and succeed
  • A servant leader mindset and an eagerness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Education

Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Salary

$130,000 - $150,000

Location

We are open to fully remote work for qualified candidates across the U.S. We are only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.
