Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Product Designer
Location: Remote

- Can toggle between dreaming big and sweating the details to bring those ideas to life
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where quick experimentation and iteration are key
- Is a strong, collaborative partner who can help shape vision and then bring clarity and structure to execute it
- Has a transformational mindset, with the ability to elevate ideas and help teams see possibilities they hadn't considered
- You'll be partnering closely with a high-energy PM who's excited about the future of Mail. They're looking for a design partner who can not only match that excitement, but help sharpen and scale the vision.
About you:
- Are curious and experimental, with a passion for exploring new ideas and future-forward features
- Have strong visual design skills, with a sharp eye for detail in layout, hierarchy, and interaction
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where speed and quality both matter
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy quickly turning rough ideas into high-quality prototypes
- Can clearly communicate your design thinking and iterate quickly based on feedback
- Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to explore and validate opportunities
- Are open to feedback and excited to push the boundaries of what's possible
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in product design (including internships, freelance, or academic work)
- A portfolio that showcases high visual craft and a strong ability to prototype and communicate concepts
