Together, we can drive meaningful change, spark innovation, and achieve extraordinary milestones.\n\nKentro is hiring a UI/UX Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Experience Cloud, and modern front-end engineering. This role focuses on building secure, responsive, and accessible interfaces for federal end-users—supporting both online and offline functionality through integrations with Pulsar. You'll work closely with designers, developers, and integration engineers to bring intuitive, compliant user experiences to life.\n\n### Responsibilities:\n\n- Build and style UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC), HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript \n- Collaborate with designers and product owners to convert wireframes into responsive, user-friendly interfaces \n- Integrate front-end logic with Salesforce backend (Apex), MuleSoft APIs, and Tableau visual components \n- Implement and optimize UI experiences for both connected and offline scenarios (Pulsar-enabled) \n- Ensure all designs meet 508 accessibility, security, and performance requirements \n- Contribute to UI standards and reusable component libraries within a scaled low-code environment \n\n### Location:\n\nThis position can be performed remotely within the United States and will support Eastern Time working hours. Washington, DC Metro Area preferred.\n\n### Requirements\n\n- 3+ years of front-end development experience, including 2+ years with Salesforce LWC and Experience Cloud \n- Strong skills in responsive UI/UX design, usability, and accessibility (WCAG, Section 508) \n- Working knowledge of Java (especially for interfacing with APIs and legacy logic) \n- Experience working with Agile teams, story grooming, and rapid iteration cycles \n- Experience in federal consulting, preferably supporting Homeland Security or Civilian programs \n\n### Certifications (Required Or Must Obtain Within 90 Days):\n\n- Salesforce Platform Developer I \n- Salesforce Associate \n- Nice to Have: UX Design Certification (NN/g, CXS, or equivalent) \n\n### Preferred: \n\n- Familiarity with Pulsar or other offline-first design principles \n- Experience working with MuleSoft API responses and embedded Tableau visualizations \n- Exposure to Figma, Adobe XD, or design systems used in low-code environments \n- Experience supporting low-code implementation in large, complex enterprise settings \n\n### Clearance:\n\n- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance \n\nBenefits\n\n### The Company\n\nWe believe in generating success collaboratively, enabling long-term mission success, and building trust for the next challenge.
