About The Role

​

We are seeking a skilled and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user-centered design, experience working on design systems, and a passion for solving complex design challenges using data-driven insights. This role requires a collaborative mindset, strong storytelling abilities, and the ability to lead or support design sprints, workshops, and product development cycles. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the final output aligns with both user needs and business objectives.

Qualifications

​

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field
• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience
• At least 2 years of experience working with or contributing to design systems
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508)
• Solid skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first strategies, and web standards
• Experience conducting or participating in design sprints, critiques, and user research
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• A strong, diverse portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and results
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Growth mindset with a proactive, detail-oriented approach

Highly Preferred

​

• Experience in client-facing or consulting roles
• Prior experience leading user experience strategy for digital projects
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies for data analysis and testing (A/B testing, usability, analytics)
• Contributions to open-source or community design projects

Responsibilities

​

• Lead or support end-to-end design processes across digital products
• Translate business and user needs into effective, usable design solutions
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers
• Optimize designs through usability testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback
• Ensure accessibility compliance and brand consistency across all design work
• Contribute to and maintain the design system
• Present and justify design decisions to clients and internal teams
• Support basic front-end development efforts when required
• Organize and manage work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
