Primary Responsibilities 

  • Owning projects end-to-end - from early problem framing and stakeholder collaboration to high-fidelity design and developer handoff 
  • Shaping problem spaces by contributing to activities like problem definition, competitive analysis, writing user needs, and synthesizing insights 
  • Creating artifacts like user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs 
  • Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to clarify scope, explore solutions, and ensure designs meet user and business needs 
  • Championing user needs and business goals while balancing technical constraints 
  • Presenting and communicating design decisions clearly to stakeholders 
  • Building and iterating on Vitruvian, our design system 
  • Staying curious and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Required Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/Product Design or a related field 
  • A Solid portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes across mobile-first applications 
  • Proficiency with Figma 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Behavioral design competencies 
  • Familiarity with Atomic Design principles and design systems 
  • Background in healthcare or other regulated industries 
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices 
  • Experience applying brand guidelines to digital interfaces 
  • Familiarity with Jira 
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills 
  • A user-first mindset with a passion for solving complex problems 
  • Iterative mindset with a focus on solving problems collaboratively over individual ideas

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
