Deepgram is looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive new customers and revenue to our rapidly growing company. You will create sales opportunities for Deepgram as you share our mission with CTOs, VPs of Product, and CEOs. You are a critical component in Deepgram’s Revenue organization and will play a pivotal role in growing our top-line revenue to new heights!

What You'll Do

  • Work with our Partnerships team, Account Executives, and your fellow SDRs to build a strong sales pipeline of new logos, striving to exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (especially Sales Ops and Sales Engineers) to ensure sales effectiveness
  • Have a depth of understanding regarding customer needs in the ASR space, competition, and Deepgram products to be able to fully articulate our value proposition
  • Research companies to find new speech recognition use cases and opportunities in the market

You are not a traditional CSM. You’re a Customer Success Engineer, someone who thrives at the intersection of APIs, customer outcomes, and business growth. You have a strong technical foundation and are comfortable running demos, guiding architecture discussions, and helping customers integrate AI-driven solutions into their workflows. You’re equally skilled at reading a room, building trust with executives, and uncovering growth opportunities that come from technical adoption. You’ve likely been a Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Support Engineer, and you’re excited to bring that blended experience to help customers realize value from day one and scale it over time.

As a Partner Success Engineer, you will nurture and grow relationships with strategic customers and technology partners, leading initiatives that drive joint adoption, enablement, and measurable business outcomes. You will own the lifecycle for assigned partners from onboarding and enablement through engagement, performance analysis, and expansion.

You will be pivotal in aligning partner strategies with Deepgram’s roadmap and strategy, ensuring both Deepgram and our partners achieve shared success.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a technical expert and strategic advisor to enterprise customers, engaging directly with developers, engineers, and executives to align business goals with technical solutions.
  • Build, nurture, and sustain customer relationships across all personas interacting with Deepgram (from developers, program managers to CIOs, CTOs, and other C-level stakeholders).
  • Conduct regular on-site visits with customers to partner closely, work hands-on to drive adoption, and actively embed Deepgram into their workflows. Frequent travel may be required.
  • Own and manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, technical enablement, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Focus on making Deepgram successful in the customer’s environment; ensuring products are integrated, enabled, and adopted effectively, applying best practices, reference architectures, and creative solutions to drive outcomes.
  • Continuously operate in discovery mode, surfacing customer issues, deeply understanding their complexity and business impact, and translating them into actionable requirements for internal teams.
  • Confidently run live product demos, guide architecture discussions, and troubleshoot L1-style issues, bridging the gap between technical support, solutions design, and commercial growth.

  • A proven track record in roles that blend customer engagement with technical expertise, navigating between solution design, technical problem-solving, and commercial growth.
  • Hands-on experience with running product demos, POCs, or technical workshops with enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated success identifying expansions, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities in complex enterprise accounts.

The Commercial Counsel will provide guidance on a variety of commercial legal issues, including by drafting and negotiating  Order Forms, Master Service Agreements and Data Privacy Agreements, and responding to compliance related requests  from internal parties, clients and other external parties. The Commercial Counsel is a high-impact role in which you will become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders while utilizing a diverse skillset in contract negotiation, critical thinking and problem-solving. This role is ideally suited for an individual who is eager to learn, has an ownership mentality, and thrives in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently review, draft and negotiate customer SaaS agreements, including MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs and NDAs, while identifying and managing risk for the company.
  • Maintain and improve existing sales contracting processes and work on other legal and compliance projects.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Information Security, Product, and other teams to negotiate contracts, work on cross-functional projects, and  ensure compliance with Movable’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Keep up to date with developments in relevant practice areas, including  data privacy, commercial law, and other applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A JD from an accredited law school with admission to a state bar
  • 3+ years of legal experience, with focus on drafting and negotiating SaaS, software licensing, and other technology related contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
  • Solid understanding of commercial contract terms (e.g., intellectual property rights, indemnification, and limitations of liability) and the ability to translate that understanding into redlines and articulate in negotiations.
  • Basic knowledge of data privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA; experience in negotiating Data Privacy Agreements is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiating, legal drafting, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Agile thinker who can pivot quickly without sacrificing quality of work.
  • Team player who exhibits excellent client service and professionalism.
  • Ability to keep deadlines and composure in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this position is $140,000-$165,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.

As a Product Marketing Analyst, you will help craft positioning and messaging and support the execution of marketing strategies for Boomi AI and the Boomi Enterprise Platform. This role requires solid knowledge of product marketing, the Enterprise Software landscape, and agentic AI technologies. The ideal candidate brings experience in product or solution marketing, preferably within the iPaaS or AI vendor space.  

  

What you'll do: 

  • Craft compelling, differentiated positioning and messaging by developing deep insights into target buyers and their needs
  • Produce high-quality customer-facing assets, including presentations, datasheets, case studies, videos, and demos, to skillfully communicate the value of our solutions to potential buyers
  • Support the execution of marketing programs and sales enablement
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
  • Collaborate with product management to drive launches and act as the voice of the   

buyer to help influence roadmap decisions

  • Present at customer-facing physical events and webinars as a subject matter expert

The Experience you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other related programs
  • 2+ years of product marketing, solution marketing, or product management experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space with an emphasis on AI
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and market technology products to a technical and business audience
  • Well-developed analytical skills and experience with market research, competitive analysis, and marketing metrics
  • Advanced verbal & written communication skills, able to craft compelling stories and  articulate complex technical details and concepts in a clear, concise manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including product management, sales, and customer success

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working for an iPaaS or AI vendor

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in Vancouver, B.C. ranges between 72,000 - 100,000 CAD annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
