This role can be located in Sydney, Newcastle or Canberra.

You will conduct functional and technical product training using various delivery methods (Face to face, Zoom, Telephone & via Remote desktop). You will demonstrate your prior industry experience around the day-to-day operational activities of gaming venues with a focus on Gaming, Marketing, Membership, Cashflow, back of house procedures and digital content management. You will be required to liaise and communicate with internal resolver groups and collaborators where required and have a demeanor that will enable you to analyze and prioritize issues at hand and bring up issues when the need arises. There is an optional on-call component committed to this role.

What You'll Do

  • Provide on-site pre and post installation training and support for Aristocrats Venue Management Systems, Applications, and web-based products
  • Develop structured training courses and supporting documentation (when required)
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Update call tickets with necessary information in line with our service levels and advance when appropriate to our Senior Technicians and or Management
  • Provide input into the development of new products (when required)
  • Assist with Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) on new and existing products
  • Work with sales on new bids and tenders
  • Work effectively with customers, product developers, customer support and sales to provide innovative and sound instructional solutions to ensure effective use of company products
  • Manage Client calls utilising our Call Management System (Salesforce)
  • Participate in and support the overall CXS strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Epic customer service skills
  • A love for helping people and an appetite to learn
  • Formal training qualifications i.e. (Cert IV – Desirable)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point
  • Experience in cashflow analysis within the gaming and casino industry or a comprehensive understanding of financial analysis
  • Extensive experience in the technology sector is desirable
  • Knowledge of Casino and/or club operational procedures would be an advantage
  • Considerable hands-on experience in the delivery of formal training programs.
  • Exceptional presentation, organizational, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to write training and procedural documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and across all areas of the organization
  • Instructional proficiency coupled with and mixture of strong technical and interpersonal client facing skills
  • Proven application/technical training experience ideally within the gaming environment and in particular, cash-flow analysis and reconciliation procedures
  • Ability to travel to customer sites to deliver training

As Senior Health & Safety Specialist (Germany & Global Support), you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our workplaces (offices, Dmarts, Distribution Centers, Kitchens and other facilities)  meet the highest legal, operational, and human-centric standards. You will safeguard compliance across our Berlin campus and contribute to global standardization and reporting efforts within the GREM framework.

Health & Safety Governance (Germany)

  • Act as the local operational owner for all Health & Safety (H&S) matters across the Berlin campus (FSA, HTA, THO).
  • Ensure full compliance with ArbSchG, ArbStättV, DGUV, ASR, BetrSichV, and SGB IX
  • Collaborate with the Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (FASI), Betriebsarzt, and Works Council (WoCo) to maintain a transparent, compliant H&S management framework.
  • Prepare and support ASA (Arbeitsschutzausschuss) meetings; track and document all actions and risk assessments.
  • Maintain and update Gefährdungsbeurteilungen and safety documentation in coordination with Facilities and Real Estate.
  • Coordinate all legally required trainings (workstation, general safety, fire safety, first aid) with accredited partners
  • Manage appointment, onboarding, and engagement of Safety Officers (Sicherheitsbeauftragte), ensuring their inspections and feedback loops are systematically integrated.
  • Support accessibility, inclusive safety, and accommodation processes under SGB IX §164(4) in partnership with DEI and Workplace.

Systems, Processes & Reporting

  • Maintain structured compliance documentation across Jira, Workday, and GREM dashboards to ensure full audit readiness.
  • Monitor H&S KPIs, incident data, and training coverage; prepare reports for internal stakeholders and CSRD-aligned sustainability reporting.
  • Partner with Employee Relations, Legal, and Facilities to ensure consistency in incident response, investigation, and documentation.
  • Support integration of H&S data into HRIS and IWMS tools for real-time visibility and trend tracking.

Global Support & Standardization

  • Coordinate the  GREM’s Global Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) by sharing local best practices, templates, and documentation models.
  • Support CSRD and ESG reporting through data input and consolidation, KPI alignment, and harmonization of standards across regions.
  • Provide feedback on global H&S policy development and contribute to playbooks, training frameworks, and procedural templates.
  • Collaborate with global H&S and Real Estate Strategy & Excellence teams to ensure a consistent risk-management and compliance approach across all offices.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in Health & Safety or Occupational Safety Management within a corporate or multi-site environment.
  • Deep understanding of German occupational safety law (ArbSchG, ArbStättV, DGUV Vorschriften, ASR, SGB IX).
  • Proven ability to translate legislation into clear, actionable workplace programs.
  • Experience conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and managing external partners (FASI, occupational health, training vendors).

As a Data Scientist, you will work side-by-side with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Software Engineers to design, build, and deploy ML models that automate content creation and power a smarter product assortment.

This is a role for someone who has a strong background in applied ML, particularly in NLP, classification, or recommendation systems, and is hungry to solve complex catalog problems at scale. You will drive hypotheses, validate model accuracy, and bring ML-powered services for attribute enrichment, product categorization, and assortment curation into production with real business impact.

Your mission:

  • Design, experiment, and deploy AI/ML models/Agents to automate the enrichment and moderation of product attributes at scale.
  • Drive experimentation: formulate hypotheses, validate model performance , analyze business impact, and turn insights into production-ready models.
  • Develop and provide ML models to intelligently curate the product assortment, including attribute extraction, product categorization, category tree recommendations, and the curation of high-impact featured categories.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of industry experience applying Data Science and Machine Learning in production, ideally in large-scale consumer-facing applications.
  • Deep expertise in building and deploying ML models, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP), classification, recommendation systems and LLMs or agentic frameworks.
  • Strong statistical foundations and ability to distinguish signal from noise in large-scale experimentation and model validation.
  • Excellent engineering skills: write clean, maintainable Python code; experience bringing ML models into production with best practices for observability, monitoring, and performance.
  • Experience with large-scale ML model validation, experimentation, and A/B testing.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineers and product stakeholders, translating business problems into data science solutions.

We are on the lookout for a Product Manager to join our Service Agent Tooling team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In this role, you will  lead the product strategy, roadmap and development of OneView, our internal Agent resolution tool, used daily by thousands of agents across 70 countries. You’ll be able to directly shape the Agent-facing experience to ensure Agents can efficiently resolve millions of daily customer, rider and vendor contacts. You will work collaboratively with engineering, data science, analytics, design/UX research and product ops to deliver functionality that improves Agent productivity and ensures we solve our customer’s issue the first time, every time.

Your Mission

  • Lead the product: This is your opportunity to make it easier for Agents to help our customers, riders & vendors, creating a more efficient & delightful service experiences
  • Drive innovation & automation: You will champion the product from discovery to successful implementation, ensuring a focus on data-driven decision making and driving impact.
  • Define and achieve goals: You will develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, user needs and tech advancements. You will be responsible for driving both quarterly OKRs and long-term strategic targets.
  • Collaborate effectively: You will partner closely with engineers, product designers, analysts and product ops to translate complex requirements into impactful product features. Alignment with stakeholders across our global brands will be essential.
  • Become a subject matter expert: You will be the go-to expert for Agent resolution tooling, building empathy for our global Agents and depth of how service operations is managed across all our global footprint.
  • Grow your team: You will contribute to a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment, fostering data-informed and user-centric approaches within the team.

Qualifications

--------------

  • 5 years of experience in experience in product management
  • Track record of successfully launching and constantly improving B2B(2C) products
  • Data-driven and impact-oriented; very comfortable with metrics & KPIs
  • Ability to balance user needs with business priorities and provide a rationale behind your decisions
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in managing a diverse set of stakeholders from around the world
  • Experience in working with Customer Service products
