Deepgram is looking for a Staff Product Analyst to accelerate our evolution from a single-product transcription company to a comprehensive voice AI platform. You'll be the first product analyst on our team, reporting to our VP of Product and partnering directly with product managers and designers to build the measurement infrastructure and experimentation frameworks that help us scale self-serve and product adoption.

As the founding analyst, you'll establish the analytics foundation for our product team—building pipelines, defining frameworks, and creating the systems that help product managers, designers, and engineers make faster, and more impactful decisions. You'll start with a laser focus on our self-serve funnel, driving conversion from signup to first programmatic API/SDK request, knowing that this optimization directly feeds both self-serve revenue and sales-qualified leads. As you establish this foundation, your scope will expand to help identify patterns across our multi-product portfolio and inform strategic investment decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Own the analytics strategy for self-serve growth—design experiments, build measurement infrastructure, and drive insights that increase conversion from signup to first programmatic request
  • Build robust, repeatable analytics pipelines and dashboards from the ground up using Superset and Heap Analytics
  • Partner directly with product managers and designers to define success metrics, establish baselines, and instrument products correctly
  • Design and analyze experiments across the developer journey, with deep understanding of API/SDK adoption patterns
  • Collaborate with analytics partners in Marketing and Sales to connect product usage signals with acquisition, activation, and downstream sales outcomes, building a holistic view of the end-to-end PLG funnel
  • Surface patterns in product usage across our growing portfolio to identify high-value use cases, customer segments, and where to double down on investment
  • Serve as the analytical partner to Product leadership: synthesize insights across multiple products and use cases to identify patterns that inform longer-term product strategy and investment decisions
  • Establish experimentation best practices and analytical rigor as the team scales PLG motions
  • Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations that shape product roadmap and investment decisions
  • Build the analytics muscle for the team—creating frameworks and systems that enable PMs to self-serve insights while you focus on strategic analysis

The Software team at Samara is looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join us in working on our core technology innovation: the MSAC attitude control system. We are looking for someone who is excited about making something work extremely well. This person will ideally become a product owner for MSAC and be the primary innovator responsible for making it an ultra-reliable satellite device. Expect a high bar, necessary independence, high amounts of cross-team iteration, and to work alongside a team who is passionate about building something truly new.

However, current sequence modeling paradigms based on jointly scaling model and data cannot deliver voice AI capable of universal human interaction. The challenges are rooted in fundamental data problems posed by audio: real-world audio data is scarce and enormously diverse, spanning a vast space of voices, speaking styles, and acoustic conditions. Deepgram is currently looking for seasoned Data Scientists with demonstrated experience solving hard data problems while exploring research frontiers to join our Research Staff. Conversational audio presents incredibly rich scientific, engineering, and infrastructure challenges that are orders of magnitude harder than working with text. The Applied Engineering (AppEng) team at Deepgram combines the functions that other companies might separate into Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Implementation, and Technical Support. You will create sales opportunities for Deepgram as you share our mission with CTOs, VPs of Product, and CEOs. You are a critical component in Deepgram’s Revenue organization and will play a pivotal role in growing our top-line revenue to new heights!

  • Work with our Partnerships team, Account Executives, and your fellow SDRs to build a strong sales pipeline of new logos, striving to exceed quarterly sales targets

  • A proven track record in roles that blend customer engagement with technical expertise, navigating between solution design, technical problem-solving, and commercial growth.
  • Hands-on experience with running product demos, POCs, or technical workshops with enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated success identifying expansions, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities in complex enterprise accounts.

  • Proactively initiate and lead executive business reviews, joint planning sessions, and strategy workshops to stay ahead of risks, ensure alignment, and surface opportunities for growth.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap, GTM strategy, and even the internal tools and processes we build to support customers.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (adoption, usage, health, satisfaction, expansion, and overall revenue impact).

  It’s Important To Us That You Have

  • 7–10+ years in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, and/or Enterprise Customer Success (with strong technical focus), at innovative, API-driven technology companies (developer-first, developer tools, or emerging AI/tech)
  • A proven track record in roles that blend customer engagement with technical expertise, navigating between solution design, technical problem-solving, and commercial growth.
  • Hands-on experience with running product demos, POCs, or technical workshops with enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated success identifying expansions, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities in complex enterprise accounts.
  • Strong technical aptitude: able to discuss APIs, developer workflows, and troubleshoot basic L1-style support questions (no coding required, but must be fluent in technical conversations)
  • Experience engaging across technical teams (developers, architects, support) and executive buyers (CIO, CTO, VP Engineering, etc.).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders (including executives, technical teams, and sales).
  • A strong sense of ownership and stewardship for your customers, and a keen focus on developing a strong personal brand.
  • A strong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel business models (resale, referral, integrations, co-marketing, co-selling), and multi-party commercial dynamics.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, analysts, and key influencers

Digital and Print Advertising

  • Own awareness advertising campaigns across digital, podcast, OOH, and print
  • Collaborate with growth marketing on integrated campaign planning
  • Drive creative development for high-impact brand moments

Brand

  • Refine and scale Deepgram’s brand positioning and identity across all channels
  • Ensure consistent brand execution across product, web, content, campaigns, and comms
  • Partner with design and web teams to evolve our visual identity and tone

Video

  • Lead the strategy and execution for brand-forward video storytelling
  • Partner with creative and product marketing teams to develop thought leadership and brand narrative content

  • Experience working in high-growth tech environments with small, scrappy teams
