The Game Operations Director leads all live operations across two games: Big Fish Casino (BFC) and Jackpot Magic Slots (JMS). In this role, you will set the strategy, lead all aspects of execution, and drive performance across game events, monetization, content lifecycle programming, and player communications. This role partners across functions and teams to deliver a unified live-ops plan that delights our players.

You will lead the GameOps team of 8 members (5 direct reports), strengthen operational excellence, and deliver meaningful revenue and retention impact across both games. This is a senior leadership position with direct influence on business performance and long-term player value.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and communicate the long-term GameOps strategy for BFC and JMS in alignment with product strategic pillars and commercial goals.

  • Set annual and quarterly objectives for GameOps and ensure they support revenue, direct to consumer (DTC) share, and player satisfaction.

  • Lead the content lifecycle plan, ensuring both apps have fresh, relevant programming across the calendar year.

  • Balance short-term performance with long-term player experience and economy health.

Live Operations Ownership

  • Oversee all live-ops programs including events, missions, offers, sales, segmentation, and content pacing.

  • Ensure cohesive programming across both apps and across all player segments including DTC cohorts.

  • Drive innovation in GameOps through new event types, improved segmentation, and modern engagement loops.

Performance and Experimentation

  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance across key KPIs including revenue, retention, and DTC share.

  • Partner with Analytics and Economy leaders to tune events, identify risks, and scale successful programs.

  • Oversee AB testing within GameOps and ensure tests are structured, data-driven, and aligned to material business outcomes.

Team Leadership and Cross Functional Influence

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of GameOps Managers.

  • Champion collaboration between GameOps, Product, Production, Creative, Engineering, Marketing, and Slot Strategy.

  • Establish clear expectations for planning, delivery quality, documentation, and continuous improvement across the team.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure reliable and high-quality delivery.

  • Drive improvements in tools, workflows, documentation standards, and automation opportunities.

  • Build a culture of consistent test, learn, and iterate using insights from structured analysis.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8 to 10 years experience in Live Operations, Product Management, or related fields in social casino, RMG, or free-to-play games.

  • Proven ability to deliver live-ops performance at scale in top grossing or highly complex games.

  • Deep understanding of monetization levers, content pacing, segmentation, and economy impacts.

  • Strong analytical capability with experience using indicators to guide decisions and performance improvements.

  • Demonstrated capability in coaching, mentoring, and developing people, including building succession depth and fostering growth in live-ops and product talent.

  • APICS Certification is an advantage.

Direct reports will include a Senior Finance Director, Product FP&A, and a Finance Director for D&D Portfolio Planning, and an extended team of six additional individuals.  Provides direction and mentorship to ensure quality in execution and strong business partnerships across the organisation.
  • Supported by the FP&A team, ownership for the preparation of the D&D global annual budget, forecasts during the year, and monitoring spend vs expectations, with analysis across multiple business divisions and currencies
  • Produce regular executive-level analysis on return on investments and visibility of the portfolio spend

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our AdTech tribe in Berlin. You will act as a technical leader within our Demand Adtech Domain, driving the architectural vision of our next-generation AdTech products. This platform empowers restaurants and local shops to promote themselves and reach new customers at a massive scale.

You will play a pivotal role in a geographically distributed tribe of over 14 squads. While our squads move quickly with a "we build it, we run it" principle, your role is to ensure these solutions are cohesive, scalable, and future-proof. You will bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution, optimizing the customer experience across more than 10 million orders per day.

Your Mission:

  • Architectural Leadership: Drive cross-domain and cross-tribe architecture discussions. Challenge the status quo, identify bottlenecks in our microservices ecosystem, and design robust, high-availability solutions that scale with our 10M+ daily orders.
  • Strategic Vision: Craft a long-term vision for the AdTech platform’s evolution. Partner with Engineering and Product Management to define technical OKRs for the tribe and domain, balancing feature delivery with technical debt reduction.

We are on the lookout for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join the Tax team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

This role will be dedicated to managing and supporting the transfer pricing aspects of our Glovo Group, which operates in numerous countries in Europe and Africa. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international transfer pricing regulations within the Glovo Group, as well as contributing to the overall transfer pricing strategy of the Delivery Hero Group.

  • Serve as the dedicated transfer pricing specialist for the Glovo Group.
  • Manage and oversee the ongoing transfer pricing integration tasks related to the Glovo Group.
  • Provide independent, comprehensive and business-oriented transfer pricing advice in all business areas of the Glovo Group, including preparation of new Guidelines and Policies.
  • Lead the transfer pricing documentation project for the Glovo Group, which is a significant undertaking requiring collaboration with the central transfer pricing team and the usage of a tool solution.
  • Analyze and interpret international transfer pricing laws and regulations relevant to the Glovo Group's operations.
  • Assistance in PMI and potential restructuring projects which requires collaboration with different central/regional stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and procedures for the Glovo Group in line with the established central standards to the greatest possible extent.
  • Support the central team in establishing an improved oTP process at Glovo, ensuring alignment with the central guidance.
  • Develop pragmatic solutions in close cooperation with the business teams.
  • Support tax audits and inquiries related to transfer pricing within the Glovo Group in consideration and alignment  with the tax audit strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the central transfer pricing team, other tax specialists, and business stakeholders within the Glovo SubGroup.
  • Stay updated on developments in transfer pricing legislation and best practices.
  • Independently manage internal and external stakeholders within the Glovo Group to comply with internal TP Guidelines and Policies.
  • Compiling and organizing financial data and other relevant information to support transfer pricing analyses and documentation.
  • Manage projects end to end, including prioritizing & process optimization to improve TP compliance.

You will be part of the Central tax team and closely integrated into the Glovo tax team, benefiting from their expertise and support in both teams. The position will be based in Berlin, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment. Regular business trips to Barcelona to strengthen the work relationship with the Glovo Tax team will be beneficial to achieve good results.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five  years of experience in transfer pricing, preferably within a corporate environment or a reputable consulting firm.
  • Solid understanding of international transfer pricing principles, regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Experience with transfer pricing integration projects is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, including large-scale documentation efforts.
  • Experience with transfer pricing software or tools is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP and OneStream is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Spanish language skills would be beneficial but are not mandatory.
  • A degree in economics, business, law, or a related field.

What You'll Do

  • Receive, review, and accurately enter a high volume of supplier invoices (PO and non-PO) into Concur for multiple global regions.

We seek a Director of Engineering to lead our technical practice, drive innovation, and ensure our team remains at the forefront of digital development. We seek a strong leader who can guide technical strategy and ensure the successful execution of development projects. The ideal candidate has experience mentoring developers, improving workflows, and aligning technology decisions with business goals. They have a proven record of success managing full-stack teams across various platforms, including WordPress, Drupal, .NET, and JavaScript frameworks, and are comfortable supporting both front-end and back-end developers.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and evolve Proven’s technology vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing new tools and technologies (e.g., no-code/low-code, AI, automation, cybersecurity, and data visualization) and assessing their potential impact and adoption.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for development, security, and performance optimization.

Team Management & Development

  • Oversee resourcing, capacity planning, and upskilling of the engineering team to meet project demands and long-term growth objectives.

  • Provide guidance and support to technical leads, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.

Business Development & Strategic Support

  • Provide technical oversight for project estimations, reviewing requirements, and ensuring feasibility during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Accounts and Business Development teams to shape technical proposals and client pitches.
  • Assess client needs and recommend the best technology solutions, balancing innovation with practicality.

  • Oversee technical aspects of projects from planning to deployment, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Work closely with Project Management to scope development work, estimate timelines, and mitigate risks.
  • Implement scalable development processes to improve efficiency and collaboration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with creative and strategy teams to ensure technical feasibility of design concepts.
  • Collaborate with leadership on company-wide initiatives, ensuring technology decisions align with Proven’s business goals.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in web and software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in WordPress, Drupal, .NET, JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or similar), and cloud infrastructure.
  • Broad expertise in web development, cloud infrastructure, accessibility, hosting, and DevOps best practices.
  • Strong experience with DNS, cloud hosting platforms, security, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with headless CMS implementations and API-driven development.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Strong understanding of business development processes, including technical scoping, estimations, and proposal support.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and a passion for emerging technologies and innovation.
  • Experience managing remote teams across different time zones.
