As the Partner Manager, you will be responsible for the operational excellence and health of the broader partner ecosystem. Opportunity:
Deepgram is looking for a backend software engineer to lead the design and implementation of Deepgram’s internal data and ML training systems. You will design and implement secure, robust, and scalable services for data cataloging, querying, and access; efficient, distributed compute orchestration for ML training jobs; integrations with Research tooling, and more. Your skill at building highly reusable code that overcomes technical challenges will be paired with an intuition for what improves researcher productivity and model quality. You will be a critical voice in Deepgram’s Product, Data, and Engineering teams, driving high impact products from start to finish.

- Improve Deepgram’s core data ingestion, cataloging, and transformation services including areas in networking, speech processing, audio transcoding, and latency and memory optimization
- Engineer ML training code to be performant and highly extensible, rapidly enabling large-scale training of new foundational model architectures
- Develop processes for measuring, building, and optimizing services to maximize system performance
- Debug complex system issues that include networking, scheduling, database, and other persistence store interactions
- Partner with DataOps and Research to design and implement new services, features, and/or products end to end

Deepgram is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our Applied Engineering team. While you'll have the opportunity to contribute across the team's various responsibilities (including pre-sales, implementation, and customer support), your primary focus will be driving technical pre-sales engagements with our prospects, customers, and partners. In this role, you will be the technical authority who bridges the gap between our state-of-the-art AI speech technology and customer business needs. You'll collaborate closely with our sales team to craft compelling technical solutions, provide technical validation, build proof-of-concepts, and demonstrate the value of our platform to technical decision makers. This role is based in San Francisco, where many of our customers and partners are located. Being close to them helps us move quickly and stay connected to their needs. This role also includes up to 50% travel to meet with customers, support sales engagements, and participate in key onsite interactions
About Applied Engineering at Deepgram
The Applied Engineering (AppEng) team at Deepgram combines the functions that other companies might separate into Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Implementation, and Technical Support. We serve as the technical interface between Deepgram and our customers throughout their entire journey. We work closely with our Customer Success and Developer Experience (DX) teams to ensure a positive, growth-focused experience for our customers, as well as with Product and Engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. This unified approach allows us to provide comprehensive technical guidance and build deeper relationships with our customers. - 7–10+ years in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, and/or Enterprise Customer Success (with strong technical focus), at innovative, API-driven technology companies (developer-first, developer tools, or emerging AI/tech)
- A proven track record in roles that blend customer engagement with technical expertise, navigating between solution design, technical problem-solving, and commercial growth.
- Hands-on experience with running product demos, POCs, or technical workshops with enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated success identifying expansions, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities in complex enterprise accounts.
- Strong technical aptitude: able to discuss APIs, developer workflows, and troubleshoot basic L1-style support questions (no coding required, but must be fluent in technical conversations)
- Experience engaging across technical teams (developers, architects, support) and executive buyers (CIO, CTO, VP Engineering, etc.).
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders (including executives, technical teams, and sales).

About Applied Engineering at Deepgram
The Applied Engineering (AppEng) team at Deepgram combines the functions that other companies might separate into Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Implementation, and Technical Support. We serve as the technical interface between Deepgram and our customers throughout their entire journey. We work closely with our Customer Success and Developer Experience (DX) teams to ensure a positive, growth-focused experience for our customers, as well as with Product and Engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. This unified approach allows us to provide comprehensive technical guidance and build deeper relationships with our customers. As a Senior Applied Engineer, you'll be primarily focused on the pre-sales aspects of this journey while having opportunities to contribute to the full customer lifecycle.

We're looking for an expert (Senior/Staff-level) Platform Engineer to build and operate the hybrid infrastructure foundation for our advanced AI/ML research and product development. Deepgram is looking for a hands-on, data-driven Digital Marketer to own the planning, management, and execution of our paid media (SEM, display, paid social) and social media channels. Working closely with the Director of Demand Generation, you will play a key role in elevating our digital presence by developing and executing high-impact campaigns that attract, engage, and convert our target audience to drive scalable pipeline and revenue. What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition across channels, including paid search, display, paid social, and social media
- Manage day-to-day operations of digital platforms, closely monitoring campaign performance and spend to optimize channel efficiency and ROI, with regular reporting on key metrics (conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS)
- Create and own testing roadmap to drive experimentation across creatives, messaging, audiences, etc., to refine paid media campaigns across channels
- Work cross-functionally across teams like Marketing, Sales, Product to develop campaigns that resonate with our target audience
- Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing, to continually improve campaigns and digital presence
