Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities within the Net Zero ecosystem, developing compelling value propositions that solve real customer problems while delivering commercial viability.
• Investigate how aspects of the current offering of The Electric Car Scheme can be improved / optimised.
• Take full ownership of the "0 to 1" lifecycle for new initiatives, leading the initial rollout, managing the prototype, MVP, and launch phases to validate product-market fit before scaling.
• Source, negotiate, onboard, and manage strategic partners across the Auto, Energy, and Net Zero sectors. 
• Build the supply chain and commercial relationships required to bring new propositions to life.
• Conduct rigorous market research and financial modelling to structure pricing, unit economics, and revenue models.
• Act as the interim "Business Owner" for new propositions, coordinating efforts across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product/Tech to ensure successful launches without friction.
• Lead initial customer discovery and early sales efforts for new lines to gather direct feedback and use this insight to pivot or refine the offering rapidly.
• Track the success of launched propositions against commercial KPIs (conversion, margin, uptake) and operational metrics, ensuring we meet our growth objectives and scaling targets.
