As a Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will play a vital role in crafting our product management practices, encouraging innovation, and delivering excellent customer-focused products. The ideal candidate will possess a proven knowledge of the various constraints of the business – constraints from marketing, sales, service, finance, legal, and privacy are typical examples. The product manager will also build a deep knowledge of our users and customers, and analyze the data about how our customers engage with our products. Finally, the product manager is expected to track industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain the product. 

What You'll Do Here

  • Collaborate with product and portfolio management leadership to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the product research and design team to conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze industry trends to find opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Apply customer-centric methodologies, such as user research, interviews, and data analysis, to identify customer problems and validate potential solutions.
  • Conduct rapid prototyping, user testing, and iterative feedback loops with product design and engineering to refine product concepts and ensure market fit.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Engage with engineering, design, and other team members to prioritize features and define release plans based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business outcomes.
  • Embrace agile methodologies and the principles of a customer-centric product model to drive iterative development, continuous improvement, and rapid time-to-market.
  • Working closely with engineering teams to define user stories, prioritize backlog items, and ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales enablement materials.
  • Support product launches, drive adoption, and ensure successful market entry.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and gather user feedback to continuously iterate and improve the product.
  • Conduct post-release evaluations, retrospectives, and A/B testing to inform future product enhancements and strategic decision-making. 

Skills You'll Need Here

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
  • 2 years working on technology-powered products as either a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.

Within IOS, Managed Accounts Solutions (MAS) is responsible for the end-to-end offer management for our third-party and proprietary managed investing, primarily Separately Managed Accounts (SMA). To do this, we maintain a robust product offering (e.g. by developing new offers, enhancing existing offers, or adding resources to the platforms), develop new tools and research for clients, build relationships with third-party and proprietary asset management partners, and work effectively with internal partners and outside firms to create a strong positive client experience. Serving individual investors, registered investment advisors (RIAs), retirement plans, and other institutional clients, our Managed Accounts offers are a centralized and shared resource for the firm.

As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for developing and supporting strategic initiatives for our third-party Managed Accounts investment solutions for individual investors. These initiatives include addressing changing industry trends, evolving our business and economic model, pursuing market growth opportunities, intended to significantly enhance and expand our ability to meet our clients’ needs for Managed Accounts, including evolving our platforms to be more modern and competitive

The Senior Manager is an individual contributor role that is vital to evolving the overall lineup of retail separately managed account offerings and supporting aspects such as offer development, positioning, enhancements, and pricing. The successful candidate must be energetic and enthusiastic about strategy, analytics, and financial services. The candidate will also need to be self-motivated, results oriented, and able to help lead strategic initiatives from initiation to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing end-to-end vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap and supporting ongoing management of our third-party Managed Account Managed Account program(s), e.g., Managed Account Select
  • General understanding of our proprietary SMAs for collaboration and strategic considerations
  • Understanding market landscape and conducting competitive and financial analysis to identify offer enhancements
  • Assessing tradeoff decisions and roadmap prioritization to innovate offerings and capture market share.
  • Gather insights to understand client needs and attitudes to design and/or position products, develop product maps to evolve our offers and drive value for our clients
  • Lead/support ongoing management of our platforms related to governance, client experience and general business routines
  • Collaborate with and develop strong relationships with key partners across the organization (including but not limited to Asset Management, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Technology), to plan and execute key projects

What you have

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA and/or equivalent post-MBA level experience preferred
  • 5+ years of strategy, consulting, or product development/management work experience, preferably within a financial services firm or a top-tier consulting firm
  • High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity; comfort in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment
  • Strategic thinker, with ability to formulate compelling vision and strategy and translate that to actionable roadmaps and results
  • Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills, including ability to gather data and synthesize insights to understand client needs and business impacts to inform product design
  • Demonstrated proficiency in storyboarding and translating data & insights into a compelling business case and recommendation
  • Excellent project management skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work efficiently (independently and with teams), to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability developing materials and effectively presenting to diverse types of audiences including executives
  • Successfully execute on multiple initiatives at the same time, autonomously, quickly, despite challenges, and with great attention to detail
  • Ability to weigh multiple perspectives, gain consensus, and influence key stakeholders
  • General understanding / familiarity with separately managed account offerings
  • Expert user of PowerPoint and Excel

Location: 100% remote, United States

Pay Rate: $58.00-$63.00/hourly

The Services Design Team is seeking a Technical Design Producer to shape, refine, and reinforce a vision for automation and efficiency in the expanding field of Design deliverables for the company's products. This role requires deep media experience and engineering expertise to develop an automation roadmap across devices and the tools and technology that power them.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with Design and Engineering teams, understanding work streams and functional specs across modules. They must have a systemic approach to visual design and anticipate aesthetic outcomes across automated artwork—sometimes numbering in the hundreds of thousands or more.

They will also need to foresee the ripple effects of small product planning choices on the publishing process, international localization, and device form factors.

What You’ll Do

As an Engineering Manager within Cartus, you will be part of our Product & Technology organization focused on our Foundational services team. This team was initially created to implement critical authentication system upgrades and is now positioned to evolve into a group that addresses core infrastructure and architectural needs.

Associate UX Designer

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles
  • 3+ years in a leadership capacity within the iGaming industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving customer satisfaction targets on a global scale.

$167,918 - $311,849 per year

  • Partner with global Tech leaders in the iLottery function to define and deliver a high-impact People & Culture strategy aligned with business goals and the evolution of our tech teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of proven experience in senior HR or P&C Business Partner roles, within global, matrixed tech or digital environments.

  • Experience supporting distributed or global teams, ideally with exposure to Europe and North America.
  • Excellent coaching and influencing skills, with a track record of supporting senior leaders through change and growth.

  • Experience using HRIS (e.g., Workday), people analytics, and engagement tools to inform strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to create a product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plan to meet business goals and our vision.
  • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future capabilities by reviewing specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.

In this role, you will lead the Oz Games Studio SIT Team, demonstrate technical leadership, and deliver outstanding results to the Oz Games Studio product portfolio.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and manage a team of SIT engineers who are responsible for end-to-end software integration testing on games developed by the studio.
  • Direct and ensure procedures, tools, and test plans are in place and consistently followed, including ensuring team members:

  a) Analyse and understand the product architecture and commercial requirements, and build Integrity test plans with clear objectives and test scenarios that will validate that the needs of the player and operator have been met;

  b) Build Compliance test plans that will ensure that the design and implementation of new game mechanics and features do not breach applicable regulations;

  c) Create Integration test plans that will ensure that new game mechanics integrate well with the technology that supports them, including platforms, cabinet hardware/firmware, common code libraries, and external systems;

  d) Provide good test traceability, and demonstrate sound and logical reasoning when raising issues to the development team

  • Monitors progress of projects and confers with management to ensure the design and development are on schedule
  • Communicates effectively, tactfully, and comfortably with all levels of personnel within the D&D organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with the Studio leadership team to ensure the testing strategy is an integral part of the development process and optimised to meet our high-quality standards
  • Provide training and mentoring to SIT team members, ensuring that they are allocated work that will continue to stretch and grow them, and provide the appropriate level of shadowing and oversight to ensure the integrity of their work.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronics or similar
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Software development and/or testing, including product testing experience
  • Prior experience in the land-based gaming industry is preferred, or experience in a closely related gaming field
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Microsoft Office, Jira, Linux OS, Windows OS, C++, C#, scripting and/or automation tools will be highly regarded.
