About the role

You will lead product design on several projects simultaneously. In this role, you will report to our Product Design Manager who has an extensive background in both product design and managing design teams.

We believe great design starts with listening to customers and not a predefined list of requirements. You’ll take an active role in shaping product strategy by consistently advocating for user needs. You’ll know, because you’ll be talking with them.

Good design is much more than how things look, it’s how they work. We encourage our engineering and growth teams to engage actively in product discussions. Your facilitation will be crucial in drawing out the best ideas from across our teams, fostering a culture of innovation, and navigating the trade-offs necessary to build the right products.

We expect a broad set of design capabilities. As a lead product designer you will:

  • Collaborate with the team on problem discovery and definition
  • Uncover and distill user needs / insights through customer interviews and product analytics
  • Design and prototype multiple ideas quickly, connecting regularly with users to validate them
  • Deliver balanced user experiences that are high quality, easy to use, and ship quickly
  • Have a strong point of view on how our product should look & feel
  • Lead and participate in user interviews, turning insights into actionable design decisions and sharing learnings to align the broader team.
  • Evaluate shipped work to ensure it solves our user needs and meets our goals
  • Continuously improve our design processes —shaping systems rather than just following them.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders shaping product direction.
  • Actively give and receive feedback across teams, clearly presenting design rationale and aligning stakeholders on vision, goals, and user value.

About you

  • An exceptional UI designer, and consider it a core skill within your broader product design capabilities.
  • 5+ years in product design roles
  • Experience working with remote teams as a design lead on large projects
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment typical of growing startups.
  • Get things done, are incredibly resourceful, and have an ownership mindset
  • Comfortable leading user research initiatives and talking to customers
  • Relentlessly iterate and simplify to find the right trade-offs help us ships sooner to users
  • Experience in designing data-based UIs & data visualizations is a plus
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and proactively
  • Can deftly articulate rationale behind design decisions
  • Are humble, and give/take constructive feedback well

Love your team

We’re serious about building the best team. That means working with people that are committed to customers, invested in each other’s success, and excited about crafting meaningful user experiences. In a nutshell, we’re looking for cool people to collaborate with on hard problems. We’re a small powerhouse team, with lots of exciting things to build and big plans to grow. We love innovating, solving hard problems, and having direct and immediate impact on the success of our customers and our own company. Don’t be surprised if something you design gets shipped during your first week on the job. As Qualified enters its next phase of growth we need to ensure the product team is stacked with design leaders to shepherd the product into the future.

Drive value

Our products already help hundreds of customers drive millions in pipeline but we know we can uncover even more. This year we’re bringing to life our vision for an AI-driven autonomous lead and account lifecycle on and off the website. Piper will be the only AI sales rep that can create 1-to-1 bespoke buying journeys for every lead. No human sales rep can do that.

The honest truth is that the TAM is there for the taking and we’re the best positioned to take it. Come help us do just that.

About Qualified

Qualified is the AI pipeline generation platform for revenue teams that use Salesforce. Headquartered in San Francisco, Qualified delivers pipeline generation at scale with AI and automation for thousands of customers like Autodesk, Blackbaud, and Epson. Led by former Salesforce CMO Kraig Swensrud and former Salesforce Product SVP Sean Whiteley, Qualified boasts 900+ 5-star reviews on G2 and is ranked #1 on the Salesforce AppExchange. Qualified is funded by Sapphire, Tiger Global, Norwest Venture Partners, Redpoint Ventures, and Salesforce Ventures.

One Team

We’re all in this together with a shared goal: grow the business and each other. Work as a team, win as a team. Collaborate and strategize across departments to deliver A+ work. We are bold thought leaders that value creating a sense of belonging for all and celebrating our wins, big or small.

Customer Obsessed

Prioritize the customer above everything else. Build a product that our customers love. Establish ourselves as their trusted advisor and do “Whatever it takes” to make them successful. Prove the ROI. Only when our customers win do we win.

Think Big & Move Fast

We’re defining a new category and we have fierce competition. Fast-paced innovation is the name of the game. We look forward. We reimagine. We throw out new ideas. We test things. We move quickly. We challenge the norm. We don’t settle for status quo.

On the heels of their Series C financing, Qualified is looking to grow the team so that they can do even more, even faster; they’re focused on delivering our customers more innovation, additional services, an expanded product portfolio, and even deeper ties into the Salesforce CRM platform. Qualified is looking for folks that are fired up about joining a fast-paced, fast-growing company that is doing big things.

Diversity & Inclusion

Qualified is committed to bringing together individuals from different backgrounds and perspectives. We strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, feel a sense of belonging, and do great work together.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer open to all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or expression, Veteran status, or any other legally protected status.

Compensation Range: $150K - $185K

About Alloy.ai

At Alloy.ai, we work with consumer goods companies that make the products we eat, wear, and use every day, as well as the ones we occasionally splurge on. We’re tackling a real and complex problem for them—managing supply and demand in the face of constantly changing customer behavior, highly complex supply chain networks, 40-year-old data standards and labor-intensive manual processes.

Alloy.ai is a fast-growing, well-funded startup with an expanding presence across the world. Our team hails from successful startups, leading tech companies and Fortune 100 enterprises. We believe deeply in fostering individual ownership, iterating to excellence, focusing on what matters, communicating openly & respectfully, and supporting one another.

We encourage people of all backgrounds to apply. Alloy.ai is committed to creating an inclusive culture, and we celebrate diversity of all kinds.

About The Role

Product Managers at Alloy advocate for our customers, users, and our business! We partner with engineering, customer success, marketing, and sales to drive Alloy’s product vision and ensure our products’ success from concept, through launch, and beyond. We’re solving challenging and fascinating technical problems that directly improve our customers’ businesses. Data, research, strategy, and empathy are the tools that we use to align interdisciplinary teams around a common goal, balancing diverse perspectives and empowering our teams to do great work.

As a Product Manager at Alloy.ai, you will be part of a lean team who is directly responsible for managing our product roadmap. You need to always have a solid knowledge of the various constraints of the business, a deep understanding of our product, users and market, and a passion and intuition for building great software products.

While product teams at Alloy.ai are empowered to figure out the best solutions to the problems that need to be solved, we also hold those teams accountable to the results. Shipping is necessary, but not sufficient. We develop product managers that are not afraid to sign up for outcomes, even when this means they have to work through others to achieve the necessary results.

About You

You thrive in a small team where you can make a big impact. You are confident in your toolkit and experience, and you also love to pick up new skills and knowledge. You have a passion for building great products and seeing usage grow abundantly due to its value and ease of use.

You have a keen ability to understand the root need revealed by customer feedback (i.e. look beyond what the customer is asking for, and make sure you understand what they really need).

While product management is your expertise, you have an intuition for usability and design, with an ability to balance creativity with the constraints of timing, budget, and scope. You bring a usability and design perspective into your product development and strive for solutions that make intuitive sense to the user.

You are both creative and analytical. You have a strong grasp of analytics and can turn data into insights and strategy. You are able to have technical conversations and dive into the detail. You thrive in ambiguous situations and are comfortable leading through influence rather than authority. You can move fluidly between strategy and execution.

What You’ll Do

  • In partnership with our Chief Customer Officer and other Product team members, own our product roadmap. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Solutions, Design and Engineering to develop a roadmap that will deliver a best-in-class product
  • Deeply understand Alloy.ai’s capabilities, the needs of our users, and the needs of our customers’ businesses. Proactively identify opportunities for Alloy.ai to leverage our technology and data capabilities to meet their needs in new and valuable ways
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ship new products and features, including documenting technical specifications, coordinating development and launch activities, and seeking input from key stakeholders including: users, sales, marketing, client success and Alloy leadership
  • Combine your understanding of our customers’ needs, our product’s capabilities and our business goals to help the team identify and prioritize high-value projects
  • Make data driven roadmap decisions by reviewing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data on usage patterns to uncover new product insights
  • Conduct customer + market research in order to ensure we are developing a best-in-class solution.
  • Act as a product expert to support GTM efforts and our Client Solutions team, including product enablement, product marketing and specialist product support for customers and prospects

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management at a growing B2B SAAS company
  • Experience building and driving a product roadmap, grounded in the needs of customers and prospects, with a value driving and commercial mindset
  • Experience successfully launching B2B software products with ideally owning a product from ideation through launch and support.
  • Proven track record of data driven decision making to develop a product roadmap. Experience working with Heap or other product usage analytic tools.
  • Strong user centered design and UX skills and ability to work through complex workflows with whiteboards, flowcharts, and wireframes to build usable product.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience deriving business strategy from data. You get excited about understanding the nuances of data.
  • Technical fluency and experience in big data processing, analytics and BI tools.
  • Experience with beta testing and collecting customer feedback for product iteration and development.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complicated concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for cultivating productive relationships with peers and our customers to drive the best results.
  • Background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field
  • Strong design instincts
  • Experience working in a startup environment with a desire to work in an environment that excels on fast iteration and continuous improvement

Hybrid is defined by our company as 3+ days/week in the office when not on vacation. Remote employees will not be considered for this role.

Salary is based on level of experience and final scope of role. Alloy reserves the right to update salary ranges based on required skill set, job scope, market conditions, etc. at any time.

Figma Software Engineer

Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Born on the Web, Figma helps entire product teams brainstorm, design and build better products — from start to finish. Whether it’s consolidating tools, simplifying workflows, or collaborating across teams and time zones, Figma makes the design process faster, more efficient, and fun while keeping everyone on the same page. From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come make with us!

At Figma, Engineering is a key part of our super power to build the industry-leading products that revolutionized collaborative design and production. As our business grows rapidly, we’re looking for versatile and motivated Software Engineers to help us push the boundaries of product development! Whether you’re building core design tools, enhancing developer workflows, launching entirely new products, or scaling user growth, you’ll have a hand in shaping the future of how teams create together.

You’ll work on complex technical challenges—from crafting deeply sophisticated professional tool features, to performance optimization in real-time collaborative systems, to design intuitive interfaces and launching 0->1 products. Our engineers are highly cross-functional, working closely with product, design, research, data, and marketing to deliver best-in-class experiences.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:

  • Build, launch, and iterate on user-facing features and core product experiences across Figma’s design, developer, and collaboration tools.
  • Contribute to both greenfield product development and improvements to established products, with a focus on user experience craft, architecture quality and performance.
  • Create extensible and scalable systems and abstractions to support multiple Figma products and unlock innovation across teams.
  • Own projects end-to-end, from ideation through implementation to post-launch iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across product, design, research, and marketing to shape the product roadmap and strategy.
  • Participate in code reviews, pairing, design crits, and mentoring to foster a culture of learning and craftsmanship.
  • Dedication to engineering craft: you are proud of making well-polished products through consistent and scalable technical patterns.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • proven experience shipping user-facing features or products as a full-stack developer.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., TypeScript, React, C++, Python, Ruby, Go, Java, Objective-C, Rust).
  • A strong product sense with a desire to deeply understand users and deliver value through clean, performant code.
  • Experience working collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience as a tech lead or project lead in delivering large-scale projects or 0->1 product launches.
  • Familiarity with C++/WebAssembly in user-facing applications.
  • Experience with one or more of the following specialized areas:
  • Growth engineering
  • Developer tooling
  • Design systems
  • Prototype systems
  • Web tooling
  • Computational geometry
  • Background in iOS/Android development or Ruby-based backends.
  • A passion for mentoring peers and helping shape engineering culture.

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Who We Are

Clearstream is a communication and engagement platform serving over 7,500 churches and non-profits. Our core functionality is texting and email. Visit clearstream.io to learn more about our company, culture, and values.

While we serve thousands of churches, we have a relatively small team. That said, we are a very detail-oriented and tight-knit group, with a high motivation to produce work we're proud of. This position will be a vital role on our team.

Our team works four days/week (36 hours), which means you get a three-day weekend every week. 🎉

Job details

You will be the sole designer on our team. You will interface with Clearstream's founders, directors, and engineers as you work on our web and mobile apps.

You will maintain our web app and mobile app designs, continually pushing them forward as we implement new features and functionality. You should care about design aesthetics, user experience, consistency, and quality. Additionally, you will develop a deep knowledge of our product, our integration partners, the Church and non-profit technology space, and what our customers need. We also strive to continually improve our product, and you will help iterate and improve existing features, designs, and functionality. This includes wireframing, designing in Figma, and ideation.

Salary and schedule

  • 4-day work weeks year-round. Times are flexible, but our team works 36 hours per week
  • Base Salary: $140,000-$160,000 per year
  • 99% company-paid high-quality, premium healthcare coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield, and 75% company-paid coverage for all dependents
  • 100% company-paid vision, dental, and life insurance
  • 5% matching 401(k)
  • 10 days PTO/year (2.5 weeks)
  • Minimal working hours the week of Christmas/New Years
  • Annual Christmas bonus
  • Annual performance review with a salary raise
  • Phone and gym allowance
  • Remote, in-office, or hybrid. Work happens in Slack, Linear, and Figma. Very few meetings

Requirements

We need someone who is both creative and logical. Highly intelligent with good instincts. You should be able to design a beautiful form, but also know what form fields should be there in the first place.

You should be familiar with modern web and mobile apps, especially B2B. Think Linear, Typeform, Intercom, Slack, OpenPhone, Notion, etc. Products with modern interfaces that solve real problems in a simple and intuitive way.

You should develop a solid understanding of our product very quickly. Within a couple of months, you should know our product well enough to handle most wireframing, in conjunction with other people on the team, as new features are planned. In other words, you won't simply be handed wireframes, but will be responsible for figuring out complex UI/UX problems yourself.

Things we're looking for:

  •  An eye for high-quality design and UX. You have good design instincts. Designs are useful, practical, and thought-out, not just pretty. You understand the nuances of font sizes, letter spacing, transitions, transparency, dark mode color schemes, etc. This is not a job where someone else will wireframe and you will simply turn that into pretty pixels. You must know how to design an intuitive, logical, organized user experience. There is consistency, organization, and you sweat the details.
  •  Deep knowledge of our product. Very quickly, you should be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of what our product is, who our customers are, and what problems we are solving for them. You should either have experience working on a B2B product or be able to demonstrate this ability quickly. You must deeply understand the product you are working on.
  •  Highly capable in Figma. You should understand components, variables, and other key concepts, as well as how to effectively organize a Figma file. You should be able to work efficiently in Figma. You will manage the Figma file, but it should be approachable for novice users for better collaboration.
  •  Familiar with web development process. You should know all about transitions, element states, etc. We utilize Vue 3, Tailwind, and TypeScript, drawing inspiration from UI libraries such as Untitled UI, ShadCN/UI, and Tailwind UI. Our frontend engineers will be able to implement your designs effectively, but they shouldn't have to request empty states, hover states, edge cases, etc. You should design those things preemptively, knowing they will be needed.
  •  Self-motivated, self-starter. You should be able to work mostly autonomously with minimal oversight. Your work does not require extensive review, and you take ownership of your work from beginning to end. You can identify UI issues without needing someone to point them out.
  •  Comfortable with both web and mobile design. You'll be responsible for keeping designs consistent between our web application, mobile applications, and general company branding.
  •  A passion for helping the local church. That's what we do

Come join a team that cares deeply about high-quality design and will push you to do your best work.

Orca’s vision is to build a financial system that puts people first. We envision a future where the majority of global financial transactions are driven by CLAMMs and other Decentralized Finance (DeFi) products. Our ambition reaches beyond becoming the leading provider of financial primitives in crypto—we aim to reshape the foundation of finance itself. We are building the next NASDAQ. If you are someone who is tired of just working another job and wants to build something meaningful, then we invite you to join our team.

As a Technical Engineering Manager, you will partner with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into infrastructure initiatives. You’ll leverage deep technical expertise to guide engineers and drive decision-making.

What You’ll Do

  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate closely with technical leads to define system architecture, improve technical decision-making, and establish engineering best practices. A strong technical background is required to provide guidance and evaluate technical decisions.
  • Operational Efficiency: Improve processes to ensure effective collaboration across teams. Drive project execution, improve team communication, and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, and Business teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
  • Incident Response and Reliability: Ensure your team builds systems that are highly available and resilient. Help drive incident reviews and ensure lessons are documented and addressed.
  • People Management: Lead a team of talented engineers by supporting their growth, helping them solve technical challenges, and ensuring they have the resources to succeed. Foster a culture of ownership, resilience, and authenticity within the team.
  • Team Growth: Recruit, onboard, and mentor engineers to expand the team. Identify talent gaps and work with leadership to fill those needs.

What You’ll Bring

  • Engineering Background: You have prior experience as a software engineer, ideally in frontend or infrastructure. While you won’t be writing production code in most situations, you’ll be expected to understand technical trade-offs, assess technical difficulty to coordinate effectively, and support engineers in making decisions.
  • Proven Leadership Skills: Experience managing engineers in a high-growth or fast-paced environment. Proven ability to empower engineers and foster strong team culture.
  • Organization & Communication: Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to effectively manage multiple stakeholders across engineering, product, and business teams.
  • Ownership Mentality: You embrace agency, identify solutions, and push them forward with minimal oversight.
  • DeFi Understanding: Familiarity with decentralized finance, Solana, or AMMs is a bonus but not required.
  • Resilience: You embrace change, adapt to new challenges, and guide your team through uncertainty with confidence.

What We Offer

  • Salary: 180,000 - 230,000 USDC (Range for US Employees)
  • Token allocation: 70,000 - 150,000 ORCA over 4 years (Range for US Employees)
  • Flexible work schedule.
  • Home office stipend.
  • Wellness stipend.
  • Option to work remotely or from our office in New York City.
  • Paid subscriptions to GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other tools that make you more productive.

Hiring Process

We like to be transparent and efficient. We move fast. We believe this process gives candidates the best experience in getting decisions quickly instead of long, drawn out interview rounds that last weeks.

Initial Screen (50-60 min)

This is an opportunity for us to better understand your experience and knowledge of Solana and DeFi, and an opportunity for you to learn more about the role and company (20-30 min). In the same session, we might ask you to advance directly to a coding exercise so we can evaluate your technical proficiency (30 min).

Engineering Round (60 min each) + COO Chat (20min)

This round will consist of multiple interviews focused on leadership, communication, and technical alignment. It will involve Otto (Head of Engineering), Jonathan, and Zach (Sr Engineer).

You will also have a chat with Isaac, our COO. This is a chance for you to learn about Orca's history, present status, and its bright future.
