  • Develop visually engaging and impactful marketing art for various campaigns.
  • Collaborate with senior designers to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  • Manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines in a live environment.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing creatives, including reskins, iterations, and new concepts.
  • Adapt your compositions to align with our brand's identity and aesthetics.
  • Take part in collaborative feedback rounds with the team to improve your output.
  • Support the team by completing clearly defined tasks under close supervision.
  • Explore mobile games and the inner mechanisms of the marketing development team at Product Madness.
  • Successfully implement feedback to complete tasks and improve your skills.
  • Interact primarily with the immediate team to ensure cohesive and flawless project execution.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor all MSP system operations continuously to ensure efficient performance.
  • Answer support phone calls, resolving or advancing issues as needed.
  • Provide operational and maintenance support for MSP systems and installations.
  • Maintain agreements, logs, and documentation according to established procedures.
  • Coordinate resources for MSP installations across North America.
  • Record jackpot meter readings and facilitate jackpot verification processes.
  • Verify accurate EGM information for game activation and deactivation.
  • Log and track issues, following auditing procedures in a high-volume environment.
  • Collaborate with outside departments for blocking issues and problem resolutions.
  • Provide overflow support for NSSC Support calls and other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • A high school diploma or equivalent credentials in gaming machine/system servicing, installation, or related fields.
  • 1+ years of direct technical support experience in a customer contact center.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic network understanding and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Customer service orientation with outstanding verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate within a Windows desktop environment under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with good time management.
  • Must meet all background requirements for gaming licenses.

The Compliance Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory standards and facilitating effective communication with business partners across various jurisdictions. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the ever-evolving AML landscape in the iGaming industry and providing recommendations to uphold compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

Compliance:

  • Conduct business partners Due Diligence research, adverse checks and documentary analysis in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform case analysis to a high standard, concisely outlining all of the relevant information located and known to make recommendations for signoff.
  • Identifying and intensifying high-risk accounts at the earliest opportunity.
  • Navigate public databases and internal systems to identify and verify due diligence information.
  • Stay informed of and communicate updates or changes in the gaming regulatory environment to the management, making recommendations accordingly.
  • Draft correspondence to business partners and other administrative bodies with whom the company collaborates.
  • Reports to the Compliance Due Diligence Manager, ensuring high performance, consistency, and knowledge-sharing within the team.

Other:

  • Regulatory Incident reporting.
  • Support the operational functionality of regulatory compliance, new business authorisations, prevention of financial crime and internal audit services.
  • Aid in maintaining registers and records required by the relevant regulatory authorities and internal processes.
  • Produce relevant returns and notifications to the applicable business partners, corresponding and meeting with any business partners as the need arises.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Proficient in identifying AML/CTF risks.
  • Ability to analyse sophisticated cases with strong organisational skills in order to balance workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in EDD/AML roles in iGaming is advantageous but not crucial.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is a requirement.
  • Ability to work well independently, performing in-depth research and reviews, and with others as part of a large compliance team.
  • ICA/ACAMS or equivalent AML qualification is desirable.

We are on the lookout for a Staff Product Analyst - (Logistics, Help Center) to join our Product Analytics team and spearhead the data strategy for our Logistics Help Center (support application for customers, riders and vendors). In this role, you will move beyond simple reporting to shape the future of our product through rigorous hypothesis testing and by converting massive datasets into high-impact strategic narratives.

The Logistics Help Center is where we ensure an amazing delivery and post-order experience for customers, riders, and vendors globally. Embedded directly within the Service Product Line, our Analytics team fosters a "data-first" culture that drives tangible change in product development.

Why this role is exciting: As a Staff Analyst, you will tackle some of the industry's most cutting-edge challenges: automating customer support at scale. You will drive initiatives focused on cost-efficient chatbot interfaces, intent recognition, and automated problem resolution. We are on the lookout of a Senior Engineer (Java/Kotlin) to join the mission-critical Orders Success Squad within Delivery Hero's Vendor Growth Product Line! As a Senior Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our global operations, responsible for processing approximately 7 million food and grocery orders every single day. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive best practices in development, architecture, deployments, stability, observability, and performance for our central services.

  • 5+ years of backend engineering experience, with a strong preference for distributed systems and hands-on proficiency with Java, Kotlin, and frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JUnit.
  • Deep expertise in service-oriented & microservices architectural patterns, including troubleshooting and optimizing scalable systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP & AWS services such as RDS, DDB, Lambda, CW, EC2, SQS, SNS, Cognito, Kinesis).

This role is both strategic and hands-on. Opportunity:

Deepgram is looking for a backend software engineer to lead the design and implementation of Deepgram’s internal data and ML training systems. You will design and implement secure, robust, and scalable services for data cataloging, querying, and access; efficient, distributed compute orchestration for ML training jobs; integrations with Research tooling, and more. Your skill at building highly reusable code that overcomes technical challenges will be paired with an intuition for what improves researcher productivity and model quality. You will be a critical voice in Deepgram’s Product, Data, and Engineering teams, driving high impact products from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

  • Improve Deepgram’s core data ingestion, cataloging, and transformation services including areas in networking, speech processing, audio transcoding, and latency and memory optimization
  • Engineer ML training code to be performant and highly extensible, rapidly enabling large-scale training of new foundational model architectures
  • Develop processes for measuring, building, and optimizing services to maximize system performance
  • Debug complex system issues that include networking, scheduling, database, and other persistence store interactions
  • Partner with DataOps and Research to design and implement new services, features, and/or products end to end

We’re looking for an experienced Senior GTM Recruiter, Global who understands how Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development actually work- and how the right people accelerate revenue, retention, and long-term customer value across global markets. What You'll Do

 

  • Deliver outstanding customer support when addressing advanced and intricate questions from employees, business partners, and managers through email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems
  • Resolve inquiries accurately and timely by accessing knowledge guides and information in multiple HR systems
  • Apply a case tool to capture all inquiries, customer information, case data, and updates, and communicate resolutions or raise issues as needed
  • Maintain acute knowledge from operating within a frontline P&C customer care environment, managing local benefits, talent acquisition, and Workday data processes and policies
  • Perform employee data maintenance, including mass EIB loads into the Workday system, and validate business process data mapping
  • Act as a point of contact for Tier 1, using the case tool for comprehensive inquiry management
  • Perform deep benefit administration transactions, consult with employees, engage internal collaborators like payroll, and work with third-party vendors to ensure compliance
  • Handle executive requests, elevated inquiries, and blocking issues timely and accurately
  • Support recruiters and candidates directly, performing all recruiting administration transactions
  • Effectively communicate HR policies and programs, and explain sophisticated subjects
  • Manage workload efficiently to fulfill commitments within established service level agreements (SLAs)

 

What We're Looking For

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Over 2 years of experience in a P&C or HR contact center/shared services setting, handling inquiries and transactions across various HR functions
  • Over 2 years of experience with Workday HCM, EIB mass load, and reporting
  • Genuine interest in working within an HR or People & Culture operations team
  • Enthusiasm for outstanding customer care, adaptable and flexible
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish

What you'll do

  • Lead the creative audio direction for all Bash Games Studio projects, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with game design vision.
  • Compose, arrange, record, mix, and master original music and sound effects for multiple game projects.

  • 10+ years of professional game audio experience in casino, social, or real money gaming (RMG).
  • Proven expertise in composition, sound design, mixing, and mastering for interactive media.
