Job Description

Join us for an exciting 10-week internship opportunity in Las Vegas, NV! Starting June 2nd, 2025, students will have the opportunity to choose from a wide range of departments, allowing you to explore and apply your skills and knowledge in your area of interest and education. The departments include HR, finance, operations, marketing, engineering, D&D, and more. Department selection may be based on the current degree path. Throughout the internship, you'll have the opportunity to present your ideas and projects to executive leadership, gaining insight into the processes of a major organization. Participate in virtual mixers with international cohorts, attend multiple skill-building sessions, and gain exposure to global business perspectives. This internship focuses on a valuable blend of hands-on experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities, setting you on a path towards a successful career.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old and above and on track to graduate no later than June 2, 2025
  • Enhance your skill sets in a fast-paced environment, learning from experienced professionals as you prepare to start your career after graduation.
  • 10 weeks on-site in a department within the Americas that best matches your educational background and skillset. The internship will take place in the Las Vegas, NV area.
  • Participate in multiple projects, culminating in the presentation of projects to executive leadership.
  • Participate in skill development sessions, networking opportunities with executive leadership, international mixers, and attend functions with other growing minds in the gaming industry.

What We're Looking For

  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to take on tasks while growing and developing professional skill sets.
  • Current student enrolled in a degree program.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to connect through listening, dialogue freely, and verbalize ideas effectively.
  • Strong technical skills in the area of study. o Interest in the gaming industry.

Pay Range

$12.85 - $23.86 per hour

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

Depending on the nature of your role, you may be required to register with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.

At this time, we are unable to sponsor work visas for this position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
