AML analyst

Aristocrat Interactive is a leading international online gaming company is seeking an AML Analyst.

What You'll Do

​

• Conducting various AML investigations in a timely, accurate and professional manner: KYC (Know Your Customer), SoW (Source of Wealth), SoF (Source of Funds) and CRA (Customer Risk Assessment) checks
• Detecting unusual activity which may give rise to Money Laundering and/or Terrorist Financing
• Investigating transactions and customer records, external data, publicly available information, and other data to identify suspicious or unusual activity
• Reviewing and monitoring customer account registrations, deposit and withdrawal transactions
• Completing Risk Assessments for players triggering in various reports and through their journey with the Company
• PEP and Sanctions monitoring
• Communicating with players via email to request any information and/or required documentation
• Escalating suspicious transactions, activities or customers in accordance with the internal procedures
• Completing and submitting suspicious activity reports to the MLRO
• Handling blocking issues or prioritizing cases raised by management
• Working closely with other team members and the AML Manager to identify areas of improvement in the AML team and related procedures

What We're Looking For

​

• At least one year in an AML focused role
• Previous experience within the iGaming industry
• Detailed knowledge of AML regulations, guidelines, and standard methodologies
• Outstanding analytical skills and a focus on detail
• Ability and experience to identify patterns, anomalies, and suspicious activities
• Passion for investigation
• Ability to think outside of the box
• Outstanding verbal and written command of the English language
• A super positive attitude and ability to embrace changes
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
• Ability to cooperate and connect with other departments within the Company
