Job Description
The Assembler IV will provide guidance and technical support to employees in the manufacturing area and will assist the Manufacturing leadership team with the control of activities related to the assembly, disassembly, repair, testing, and shipment of Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs). This position will provide coordination on complex manufacturing activities and projects such as the implementation of process improvements, new product initial builds, and trade show activities.
- This has been designated as a safety-sensitive job because it involves performing one or more tasks/duties that could reasonably affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task(s) or others.
- Provide guidance and technical support to other employees.
- Involvement/directing process improvements and coordination of activities.
- Completes defect logging, form completion, tagging of defective components, and other documentation and data collection tasks as instructed.
- Report any safety concerns and problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Manufacturing Leadership.
- Performs accurate transactions within D365.
- Performs more complex tests on completed items to ensure satisfactory performance.
- Work with scanners or paper orders and handle forklift operations.
- Adheres to Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. employee handbook guidelines.

What We're Looking For
- Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Requires a minimum of two to four years of experience in a manufacturing-related industry, warehouse environment, or its equivalent.
- An associate college degree or equivalent work experience in electronics, computers, or another technical field is highly desirable.
- Must be flexible to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
Skills

- Capable of troubleshooting electronic components by following detailed instructions.
- The ability to read schematics, dials, and digital displays that indicate electronic characteristics, such as voltage, is highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate and train clearly with positive results.
- Must be able to use standard hand tools such as socket wrenches, screwdrivers, and nut drivers.
- Ability to follow complex machine and component assembly instructions.
- Familiarity with electronic circuits and components (AC/DC) and standard industry workmanship practices is preferred.
- Basic computer and electronics troubleshooting experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate testing equipment and take basic measurements.
- Familiarity with ESD practices, lean manufacturing, and 6S techniques is preferred.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced teamwork environment and can work independently as needed.
- Able to understand and follow ISO/Quality standards.
- Must be a highly responsible and detail-oriented individual with an understanding of, and sensitivity to, the regulatory implications of this position.

- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Good hearing and visual acuity are required. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- The employee is occasionally required to lift, move, and control up to 500 pounds with the aid of dollies or machine carts.
- The employee must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds short distances with/without mechanical aid and frequently lift and/or move 20 pounds.
- Employees must also wear appropriate personal protection equipment, such as steel-toe shoes, where applicable.
- Must be able to comfortably maneuver around an office or production environment.
- Must be able to work in hot or cold climatic environments and conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
- Must have the manual dexterity to operate office data processing equipment/devices, computer systems, and material handling tools and equipment.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk through the entire shift.
- Must be able to pull or push parts over extended distances.

Pay Range
$21.70 - $40.30 per hour
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
