Job Description
The Associate Manufacturing Engineer performs a crucial role on the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) team at the Tulsa Integration Center (TIC). The Engineer works with Operations to introduce new products, coordinate engineering changes, provide data for Continuous Improvement, and drive process and product improvement initiatives. The engineer is responsible for implementing ECOs into the MFG lines, creating and maintaining work instructions, and providing ongoing floor support. They will work closely with the Hardware Engineering group and MFG leadership to ensure that builds are completed correctly, materials are consumed correctly, and BOM and work order information is correct.
- Applies engineering principles to design and analyze fixtures and customized equipment used on assembly lines.
- Assists in the implementation of new or refurbished product introductions (NPI) to ensure smooth transitions from design to production.
- Collates and analyzes data to identify trends and areas for improvement for assembly equipment.
- Coordinate the realization of PFMEA (Production FMEA).
- Supports the overall engineering change process to ensure all modifications are documented and implemented effectively.
- Maintains and updates the bill of materials to reflect current product configurations. Co-ordinates with the ERP configuration team to ensure accurate Bill of Materials are released
- Develops and maintains process documentation and work instructions to ensure consistent and repeatable manufacturing practices.
- Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Collaborates with design and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with specifications.
- Monitors production processes to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce manufacturing costs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role in a production environment (Automotive, Industrial Electronics, Consumer goods)
- Proficient in creating CAD designs/CAD assembly using Solidworks and Team Center or equivalent CAD tools. Knowledge of the design release workflows in a PDM
- Knowledge of ergonomic OSHA standards as applicable to equipment design and manufacturing process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Certifications:
- LEAN, Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), or minimum 35 hours of formal project management education gained through certification
- Experience with the Gaming industry, sheet metal industry

Pay Range
$63,000 - $117,000 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
