Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Recruitment Business Partner to join our team on a permanent basis. Based in Europe, you will run end-to-end hiring across Sales and Corporate functions globally, working closely with hiring managers and supported by the wider Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you will:
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of roles (req intake → offer), maintaining pace, quality, and accountability at every stage
- Work in partnership with hiring managers, running structured intake sessions and helping define success profiles and hiring approaches
- Follow and help strengthen our hiring processes, ensuring consistent, structured, and inclusive interview practices
- Use Greenhouse ATS as your core operating system, maintaining high data integrity, pipeline visibility, and reporting accuracy
- Help keep workflows, scorecards, and interview kits up to date and fit for purpose
- Support the build and execution of proactive talent strategies
+ Build and nurture pipelines across active and passive talent
+ Gather market insights and competitor mapping to inform our hiring approach
- Use AI and modern sourcing techniques to increase your productivity and reach,
- Apply AI tools for sourcing & screening
- Experiment with automation and data insights to improve funnel efficiency
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience acting as a candidate ambassador from first touch to offer
- Manage multiple requisitions with discipline and structure
+ Prioritise effectively, keep clear hiring plans, and maintain momentum
- Contribute to the TA function by supporting global projects (e.g. process improvement, employer branding, interview excellence)

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:
- Some experience in full lifecycle recruitment, ideally within a high-growth, high-tech environment. Global exposure is a plus.
- Exposure to hiring for Sales and/or Corporate roles
- Comfortable working with hiring managers and contributing to hiring decisions
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred to limit ramp time, including reporting, workflows, and stakeholder support
- Familiarity with AI tools in recruitment (sourcing, screening, automation), or a keen interest in learning them
- Working understanding of structured interviewing and assessment best practices
- Ability to manage several searches at once, maintaining quality and pace
- Data-minded, with an interest in turning insights into action
- Highly organised, proactive, and execution-focused
- Commercially curious, with developing judgement on candidate quality and market dynamics
- Comfortable working in a remote environment, with flexibility across time zones
- Any exposure to Cybersecurity is welcome (OT/IoT a plus, not essential)
