What You'll Do
- Conduct system analysis of cross-platform products, including backend applications, wallet, third-party integrations, REST APIs, and BI.
- Define and characterize new requirements based on product strategy and customer needs.
- Write feature, stories, and requirements documents (PRDs).
- Perform analysis and specification for integration with third-party systems.
- Collaborate closely with multiple departments: CRM and Analysis, B2C, Compliance and Support, Technologies, etc.
- Take ownership of a feature’s lifecycle from concept through launch, and handle ongoing analysis and optimization phases.
- Research and analyze strategic and competitive information to optimize products and their performance successfully.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in system analysis and product management, including writing functional requirements or detailed build documents.
- Experience in Agile methodology — an advantage.
- Experience in internet or software companies.
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal English level and presentation skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and service skills; self-motivated, diligent, and well-organized.
- Ability to learn and adjust quickly to a dynamic and changing environment.
