Barista (Part Time)

Aristocrat is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and well organized individual who would like to work in a multi-disciplinary environment as a Barista. This is an outstanding position for an individual who wishes to gain exposure to an established tech company. This individual will split their time between preparing and serving hot or cold beverages and ensuring the coffee bar is clean.

What You'll Do

​

• Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas
• Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies for coffee bar
• Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develops a rapport with customers
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
• Runs errands, when needed, to pick up supplies and/or product
• Maintains efficient, friendly service

What We're Looking For

​

• High School Graduate
• One year of relevant experience – Barista
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Have good attention to detail
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Able to work independently and be team oriented

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
