As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in our mission by encouraging relationships and driving sales for our premium products. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with local sales teams to achieve sales targets for each of Aristocrat’s product lines.
- Identify and explore new sales opportunities for mutual benefit.
- Negotiate sales deals within company guidelines.
- Develop comprehensive client plans with mutually agreed goals.
- Provide market intelligence on competitors’ products, pricing, and services.
- Maintain up-to-date client information and develop long-term profitable relationships.
- Advise clients on market trends and competitive behavior.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on client performance and sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and business practices.
- Represent Aristocrat at local and international trade events.
- Promote and sell Aristocrat products and services.
- Be willing to travel on short notice.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales and key account management skills with excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated and resilient, able to remain calm in a crisis.
- Strong product and industry knowledge with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- Strategic management and strong business reporting capabilities.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for developing diverse relationships.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and the MS suite, especially Excel.
- Previous gaming industry experience is preferable but not essential.
- Considerable commercial awareness and customer-facing experience.
- A current driver’s license.
- Qualifications in Business and/or Commerce are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English is required, and additional languages are desirable.
