Join Aristocrat's EMEA Communications team, supporting business strategy with internal and external communications.
Develop global internal communications and PR strategies to support business goals and improve brand awareness.
What You'll Do

- Develop and implement a coordinated internal and external communications strategy for the Product Madness business that improves brand awareness and reputation.
- Provide critical communications advice and support to leaders, including Business Partnering with the Product Madness Leadership team.
- Assist in the creation of crisis communications plans for EMEA, including scenario mapping, messaging, and preparation of executives.
- Drive proactive media opportunities, including developing innovative and creative PR campaigns for new game releases and managing reactive media inquiries.
- Advise the C-Suite and key leaders, maintaining confidentiality while providing insights, perspective, and counsel on internal communications and Public Relations strategies.
- Collaborate to develop Aristocrat Interactive CEO and Product Madness leadership team platforms; assist in crafting executive messaging.
- Establish clear objectives, goals, and metrics for measuring success.
- Measure the efficiency of communications through data and analytics, bringing forward opportunities for improvement.
- Support the preparation of market materials, Group publications, and disclosures, and bring to bear the same within the Product Madness business.
- Build content and assist in maintaining and governing social channels, including LinkedIn, using content to tell our story.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For

- Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Corporate Affairs and/or Communications leadership roles, ideally in complex businesses with international experience.
- A solid track record of successfully developing and implementing communication strategies.
- Ability to anticipate business requirements and develop proactive and reactive communication solutions.
- Solid understanding of financial earnings requirements with being a public company.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence to serve as the company’s spokesperson.
- Strong experience coordinating successful employee engagement and global PR campaigns.
- Reputation management including crisis communications experience.
- Ability to influence at all levels internally and externally using sound judgment, wisdom, and sensitivity.
- Expertise in social networks, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Strong media relationships with both business and consumer media outlets and journalists.
- Ability to balance vision and creative thinking with analytical rigor.
- Effective collaborator engagement with the ability to nurture long-term relationships.
