Join Aristocrat as a Creative Administrator and help us spread happiness through the power of play! We are searching for a motivated individual to support our dynamic Arts team. In this role, you will engage with a world-class team in a vibrant and inclusive culture. What You'll Do
- Manage and coordinate creative projects to ensure flawless execution
- Collaborate with various teams to determine project requirements and timelines
- Produce and edit high-quality content that aligns with our brand standards
- Maintain strict adherence to deadlines and project schedules
- Assist in the development and implementation of creative strategies
- Conduct research to support content creation and strategy development
- Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers for special projects
- Ensure all creative materials are stored and archived accurately
- Offer administrative assistance to the Arts/Editorial team when required
- Monitor industry trends to keep our content fresh and competitive
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated background in a creative administrative position
- Outstanding organizational abilities and project management expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to successfully implement and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High attention to detail with a dedication to quality
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- More than 2 years of experience in an administrative or support position within a creative environment
- A passion for the arts, editorial work, and content creation
