What You'll Do
Design and develop engaging instructor-lead and eLearning materials for the Las Vegas and Tulsa Integration Centers.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify key training requirements aligned with business goals.
- Create clear, concise learning objectives for all training courses.
- Maintain learning management systems and automate record-keeping processes.
- Use tools such as Camtasia, Adobe FireFly, Express, Photoshop Pro, Microsoft Office Suite, and others to create and update training content.
- Edit educational videos using appropriate software.
Axonify Administration
- Create and manage user accounts, including access rights.
- Develop training content with department leaders and Engineering team tailored to frontline employees.
- Generate and manage reports on user and team participation.
SharePoint Administration
- Manage web environment design, deployment, and maintenance.
- Perform testing and quality assurance of websites and web applications.
- Plan, initiate, and manage SharePoint projects.
- Serve as liaison between business and technical teams.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and standards are met.
- Collaborate with managers and team leads to ensure successful implementation of learning materials.
What We're Looking For
- Certification in Adult Learning, Training, English, or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to translate technical language into accessible visual or spoken formats for diverse audiences.
- 2+ of experience in analyzing and developing technical training in an electromechanical manufacturing or general assembly environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, basic Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Flexibility to manage competing demands and work evening shifts if required.
- Preferred:
- Experience with MS PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Experience managing SharePoint web environments, including planning, implementation, and ongoing support.

Pay Range
$49,245 - $91,455 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
